Responsibilities:
Design & Review all the Architectural, structural and MEP drawings in design phase as well during construction phase.
Preparing Budget, Cash Flows, Cost Forecasting, Value Engineering Reports, Bill of Quantities, Contract Agreements, RFP and RFQ and reply of RFI's raised by Contractor & Sub Contractors, Tender Analysis.
Assisting Project Manager in obtaining Authority Approval.
Coordinating with Maters Developers (EMAAR) and Authorities (DM, DEWA, RTA, DCD, ADCD, ADDC, ADM) for Approvals.
Check running bills of Contractors / Sub Contractors, review Variation Orders.
Review all the shop drawings and coordination drawings during construction phase.
Infrastructure works such as internal roads, sewerage system, storm water network, wastewater treatment system, Etisalat lines and manholes etc.
Maintain standards of safety and comply with the Company’s health, safety and environment management systems requirements.
Maintenance of company facilities and super store as per company procedure.

Responsibilities:
• Liaise and daily follow up with the contractor. This is to ensure the contractor is managing its resources, health and safety, QA/QC and equipment needs on the site
• Prepare daily report to the RE/PM. This includes works orders, materials delivery, and daily inspections program.
• Conducting civil works inspections and ensures that the work in progress is in accordance to approved shop drawing and project specifications.
• Arrange weekly progress meeting and discuss site related issues and progress with client and contractor
• Review Contactor’s shop drawings, material submittals, method statements, as built drawings and confirms conformance to project specifications
• Reply of contractor RFI’s (Request for Information) in timely manner.
• Reviewing Baseline Program and to make insure that it would be follow at site.
• Issuing the Non Conformance Reports (NCR) and Site Instruction (SI) to the contractor in case if the executed works found not complying with the approved design/specifications
• Coordinate with other in house engineers (Structural Design Engineer, Architecture, MEP).
• Coordinate with Authority/ Master Developers Engineers (DM, Trakhees, Tecom/DCCA, Nakheel, Dubai Property) for inspection for structural members and any other inspection related to completion.
• Making Tender Documents which includes Instruction to Tenderers, Particular Condition of Contract, Form of Tender, Particular & General Specification, Bill of Quantities (BOQ) by POMI & CESMM3.
• Taking out Quantities from the drawings using AutoCAD and Planswift software and making spread sheets (MS Excel Sheets) for Quantities.
• Taking care of Infra Structure projects which includes, roads, DEWA Water and electrical lines. drainage lines, etisaalat, chambers, manholes etc.

1. Construction of Officers Apartments (G+7).
2. Construction of Visitors Center (G+3).
3. Construction of Entrance Gate.

Responsibilities:
• Preparing cost estimates from preliminary stage to tender stage.
• Preparing quantity take-off and bills of quantities (BOQ) in coordination with the architect, structural engineer, MEB engineers.
• Preparing tender documents.
• Attending and replying on tender queries/correspondence.
• Performing tender analysis and report/recommendation.
• Preparing contract documents.
• Providing advice, assistance and negotiations on contractual claims/variations.
