As a Front Desk Officer my duties were to deal with all the bookings \[email, online, 3rd parties, telephone, walk-in\], communicating with 3rd parties like Expedia, Late rooms, Booking.com, Agoda, communicating with customers, dealing with corporate bookings e.g. Barclay's, HSBC, KPMG, and MCFC etc. Performing income audit, issuing refunds taking all the payments was part of my job. Supervising security staff and training junior staff was included in my responsibilities.
