Imran Khan is working with GISCO (Gulf Industrial Services Company) as an HVAC Project Engineer which is one of the largest organizations dealing with HVAC equipment in the region both on sure and off sure. Currently handling/managing The BOROUGE INNOVATION CENTER & CICPA (Previously CNIA) HVAC maintenance project in Abu Dhabi
Do daily activities such as supervisions and administration jobs related to reports & requisitions. He is actively involved in trouble shooting and Mechanical installation, testing and commissioning inspections, of Chillers, AHU, FCU and split air conditioners, he is also involved in AC equipment parts and material procurement & drawing submittals, responsible for making annually and quarterly equipment maintenance plan. Also dealing with customer about quality of work and scope of work for customer satisfaction
Able to manage the condition as per environment requirements without close supervision of higher management
Well versed to work in multi-cultural environment.

Well versed with HSE regulations
Well versed in HVAC systems Reciprocating Screw and centrifugal System.
Knowledge of building management system
Work on different types of drawing HVAC, Mechanical, Electrical and Electronics.
Trouble shooting and maintenance of Chillers, AHUS, FCUS, and split air conditioners Liaise and follow up with suppliers for delivery of material.
Making maintenance plan for the equipments
Day to day supervision of work and Quality of workman ship.
Appraises the Project Manager in respect of progress of work.
Monitor the availability of the types and Quantities of Materials required for maintenance of the equipment
Raises such material requisitions as may be necessary.
Ensures material delivered by the suppliers.
Day to day supervision of work and quality of work man ship.
Determining and advising the project manager for the material and logistic requirement for daily weekly monthly basis or as required.
Also have an experience with oil company Abu Dhabi Marine Operating Company (ADMA OPCO) Head Quarters.
Liaison with the main contractor engineers, and other subcontractor engineer act.
Supervision and Coordination With contractor of Air-conditioning equipment installation, testing, commissioning and maintenance.
Responsible for procurement of material and parts of Air-conditioning machines from local market and also international market by fax and mail.
Report generation of all Air-conditioning equipments, parts, condition of machines and establishing plan for next year.
Involved in establishing the system procedures in accordance with ISO900:200 quality management system in order to get company ISO certified
Assisting QA department in internal and external audits.
Responsible for maintenance and trouble shooting of chillers and cooling towers
Raises such material requisitions as may be necessary.
Preparing equipment maintenance plans
Responsible for trouble shooting and maintenance of reciprocating chillers, Pumps, cooling towers, AHU & FCU and cold storage, Ice making machines, maintenance site PIA Flight Kitchen.
Responsible for trouble shooting and maintenance of Reciprocating Chillers, Child water and Condenser water Pumps, Air handling units, Fan coil units, Cold storages and Ice making machines.
Supervising tradesmen and monitoring progress of work.
Supervision and monitoring reciprocating chillers Air handling units, Fan coil units & Split units.
Preparing maintenance schedule

Bechilor of Tehnology in Mechanical Specialized in HVAC with 3.0 GPA
This is a short cours 6th months in Refrigeration and Airconditioning technology.
