Using The Standard Methods of Measurements (SM6, SM7), detailed take off quantities for
Tender BOQ, IFA BOQ, IFC BOQ, Materials, quantities log.
2. Preparation of Variation Orders / Engineers’ Instructions.
3. Preparation of tender documents, RFQ Packages, checking tender BOQs, specification,
drawings.
4. Checking and Reviewing Contract Documents, Contract BOQ. based on latest IFC & Shop drawings, Specifications and finishes schedules.
After complete checking preparation of logs reporting to the
Commercial Manger.
5. Preparation of Material Purchase requisitions in compliance with approved sample board,
specifications, and relevant drawings and with Coordination of material department
6. Preparation of Monthly Statements/Evaluations, Site Progress Assessment with complete
detailed Breakdowns and mockup drawings based on actual executed work on site and

Mangers.
7. Maintaining Cash flow on monthly basis in coordination with planning and cost departments
8. Assisting Contract Administrator in the Preparation of Monthly Running Bill / Monthly
Statements. Checking and Reviewing Monthly statement Logs
9. Scrutinizing subcontractors’ interim payment applications and issuing payment certificates.
Issuing and replying to the Subcontractors contractual letters.
10. Preparation of Reinforcement Cut and Bend/bar-bending Schedules and time to time
coordination with steel yard
11. Negotiations and agreeing the subcontractor’s final accounts, Checking subcontractors scope
of work and issuing Variation Orders
12. Coordination with Engineering Department and Construction Mangers, timely discussions,
issuing and agreeing Variation Orders/Change Orders.
13. Attending weekly and Monthly Meeting with contract administrator and commercial manger,
in order to Brief Members, (Customers, subcontractors) About Quarries, Changes, rates.
14. Valuation of variations and liaise with Electrical, Mechanical & Plumbing Departments for
necessary substantiations.
