ITO (Information Technology and Operations) is an integral part of ES (Enterprise Services) tower, one of the critical revenue generating BU (Business Unit) in HP. ITO Best Shore India Team provides post sales services and support to HP’s Mission critical and Business Critical customers with respect to their infrastructure management, DataCenter maintenance and management.
VMS shared Delivery team manages servers running OpenVMS in different customers environments such as Delphi, Ericsson, Nokia, DTV, Airbus, Pfizer, GM to name a few.

India Supply Chain (ISC) is an integral part of Enterprise Storage Servers and Network (ESSN) Business Unit/Organization of HP. ISC provides Operating System Software Load support activity to all HP factories worldwide. Quarterly Engineering updates are kitted as FIS (Factory Installed Software) Image and released to factories to be deployed on disk sharing Info Servers. Automation tools built on Perl and Shell scripts install these OS Images on newly built IA-64 Hardware (as preinstalled OS).

Provide remote 1st and 2nd level technical support on Business Critical Servers with operating systems such as OpenVMS, Solaris and Linux for all the Americas Enterprise Clients. Logging cases in Clarify tool with accurate and complete documentation and working on open cases from the queue within defined SLAs, through remote login into customer’s servers, telephonic guidance and emails.
• 7 years of experience in System Administration, Infrastructure Management and Technical Support on varied Operating System platforms in heterogeneous/mixed architecture.
• Extensive knowledge of Operating System Software, Hardware and Web Servers.
The support provided to the Deutsche Bank and its clients include Intranet and Internet Solutions, supporting configurations of Web Applications, supporting developmental activities of Web Applications, Security Issues related to Web-Based Applications, Web Information Management, Incorporating routine Web application tasks & Content Management, ensuring smooth operation of Web applications, integration of both in-house and third party web applications within the DWEB infrastructure and to create, manage users/groups & permissions pertaining to web applications.
