Evaluating hardware & software issues, repair, rebuild, replace & upgrade of computers when require, setup & configuration peripherals. Install & configure software for rapid solutions to valuable company’s staff.
Systems administration and implementation across platforms, architectures and software stacks, to include versions of Windows (2003/XP/Vista/7).
Network implementation and monitoring
Configuration of Cisco routers & switches
Optimization of LAN environment, such that analyzing LAN to determine what the major problems are and improvements needed to be made to the network infrastructure
Responsible to install & manage the new changes in the network & system hardware.
End-user and desktop applications support, PC hardware and network troubleshooting
Cabling Network using UTP CAT5E and CAT6
CCNA Certified
