► Role: Responsible for development, implementation and management of organization's security vision for prevention of terrorism, strategy and programs to reduce terrorism risks, respond to terrorist incidents, limit exposure to liability in all areas of physical security and establish global terrorism prevention standards and terrorism risk controls associated with critical assets. Accountable for training and capacity building of antiterrorism security forces and dissemination of policies and practices in terrorism prevention and criminal justice.
► Core Accomplishments:
⇨ Spearheaded implementation of a successful Security Technology Infrastructure Project incorporating new card access system, video surveillance, motion detection, CCTV systems, microwave intruder alarms and smoke detectors.
⇨ Played key role in developing new aviation security solutions for aircrafts / helicopters at Islamabad International Airport in the light of IATA’s AVSEC World - 2012 Regulations.
⇨ Managed and successfully delivered the first security consulting project for physical protection of international civil / military dignitaries / VVIPs.
⇨ Streamlined procedures for emergency alarm response protocols and crisis management, physical security, information protection, incident management and investigation units.

► Role: Responsible for providing operational leadership to 810 troops during anti-terrorist operations by security forces in the field alongside International Security Assistance Force (ISAF) as part of Global War on Terrorism (GWOT) in Operation Zone along Pakistan-Afghanistan Border. Accountable for tactical / operational decision making on the issues related to terrorism prevention, physical security of personnel, weapons / equipment, critical strategic / operational assets and sensitive military installations located in highly volatile conflict zone.

⇨ Successfully coordinated an effective security effort among all security forces in a multi-tiered international operational environment to counter threats that used to change at short notice.
⇨ Provided key intelligence / combat support to the senior commanders on all anti-terrorism force protection issues.
⇨ Devised innovative procedures for security of compound by incorporating fool-proof entry / exit control denying any unsolicited entry of terrorists.
⇨ Successfully undertook a mega project worth $5 million for development of perimeter of security converting the compound into impregnable fortress.
⇨ Successfully prevented numerous terrorist incidents through excellent control measures and preventive methodologies for neutralization of Improvised Explosive Devices (IEDs) and bombs.
► Role: Oversee complex substantive issues in the fields of cross-border terrorism, ceasefire violations, international law and criminal justice along India-Pakistan Border in the Kashmir Region. Develop, implements and evaluate assigned programs / projects, manage funding and undertake corrective actions to ensure successful and timely execution. Act as focal person for liaison with United Nations Military Observers Group in India / Pakistan (UNMOGIP). Provide technical advice, substantive reviews and quality-control for ongoing projects / programs. Responsible to oversee and manage day-to-day site security operations, conduct site reviews / security audits to assess effectiveness of security procedures.
