Working as a "Process System Engineer" in Clean room laboratory facilities in KACST Project. Responsibilities Included:
•Operation and Maintenance for Nanofabrication Lab (Clean Room) facilities including Reverse Osmosis plant, DI- Ionized water treatment plant, Ion pure Electrolyte De-Ionizer (EDI) module, Acid water neutralization system, Air compressor, Process vacuum, Chilled water system, Wet/dry scrubbers, Desiccant dry unit, Nitrogen purifier and Recirculation air handling units.
•Monitoring and control of clean room all facilities from Lab control system (LCS)

Working as a "Maintenance Technician" in Lab Equipment Maintenance (LEM) Department KAUST Campus. Responsibilities Included:
•Lab Equipment Maintenance including Millipore Ultra-pure water dispensers, Parker and PEAK Scientific Gas generators (Hydrogen, Nitrogen and Zero air generators), MBRAUN glove box, MBRAUN solvent purification system Edwards vacuum pumps and Chillers.
•Hands on experience for servicing of Lab equipment' s.
•Perform maintenance work assign by team lead accordingly.

Work as "Hydraulics Foreman" (Water Treatment & Nanofabrication Lab - Clean Room facilities and Solar center LFO-04)"in KAUST Campus. Responsibilities included:
•Operation and Maintenance for Nanofabrication Lab (Clean Room) facilities including Reverse Osmosis plant, DI- Ionized water treatment plant, Ion pure Electrolyte De-Ionizer (EDI) module, Acid water neutralization system, Air compressor, Process vacuum, Chilled water system, Wet/dry scrubbers, Desiccant dry unit, Nitrogen purifier and Recirculation air handling units.
•Monitoring and control of Nanofabrication Lab and LFO-4 of all facilities from Lab control system (LCS).
•Perform periodic preventive maintenance for all Nanofabrication Lab (Clean Room) facilities, as per SAP schedule.
•Maintain the consumable and critical spare parts inventory for Nanofabrication Lab facilities operation smoothly.
•Make and maintain the Risk assessment method of statement (RAMS) and Safe system of work (SSOW) for Nanofabrication Lab facilities and perform maintenance work accordingly.
•Participate in pre-commissioning and commissioning activities related to Core Lab Nanofabrication Lab (Clean Room) facilities along with SAUDI ARAMCO and KINETICS GMBH teams.
•Review all "As built drawings", Verify the sequence of operation and functional test of Nanofabrication Lab facilities as per SAUDI ARAMCO standard.
•Create reports, collect and consolidate data, and prepare maintenance reports.
