Technical audit and assessment of all on-going projects, engineering,
construction and maintenance activities and identify deficiencies,
operational problems and other areas for improvement in
compliance to the established standards and procedures.
To evaluate the adequacy of effectiveness of internal Controls,
accuracy of information reported and compliance with company
policies and procedures in the technical operational areas

Perform projects and process audit to ensure internal control
policies and procedures are being followed by the project
management.
Perform and control the full audit cycle including risk management
and control management over operations effectiveness, financial
reliability and compliance with all applicable directives and
regulations.
Conducts investigations in areas where Anomalies & Risks observed
and where processes are not functioning in accordance with
company policies and procedures. (This includes Project Progress
Monitoring, Resources Monitoring, Activity Schedules & Plan,
Resources Deployment, Project Completion, Deliverables & Materials
Delays, Reworks, Variations & Claims, Penalties & Liquidity Damages,
etc.)
Preparing draft reports expressing audit findings, slippages and
opinions on the adequacy and effectiveness of systems reviewed and
the efficiency with which activities are carried out by the project
management.
Audits Performed: EPC Projects (Oil, Gas and Power), Project
Controls, Tender & Estimation, Procurement, HR & Admin, Plant &
Equipment, Fabrication Dept., Salary Process, Annual Inventory etc.
Mechanical Inspections, Piping Inspections, Welding Inspections, Painting Inspections, Material Inspections, NDT Inspections, Hydro testing of Valves & Piping, Pre & Final Punch listing.
Compliance with ASME SECII/ ASTM, API 598, FCI 70-2, API6D, EN and ANSI, API 607, API 6FA, BS, ISO, and NACE.
