• The design, install, configuration, and lifecycle management of all Network security devices.
• Vulnerability scanning and management using Mcafee Foundstone FS1000.
• Network Security Devices that include Juniper NS5200, Mcafee Intrushield Security Manager 4.1, Intrushield IPS Sensor i4000, Cisco ASA 5550, Cisco IDSM-2.
• BlueCoat Packeteer Packet Shaper and Blue Coat SG proxy.

Major responsibilities are to:
* Document security policies and procedures created by the Information Security Committee
* Provide direct training and oversight to all employees and alliances, ensuring proper information security clearance in accordance with established organizational information security policies and procedures
* Initiate, facilitate, and promotes activities to create information security awareness within the organization.
* Perform information security risk assessments and serve as an internal auditor for security issues.
* Implement information security policies and procedures for the organization
* Review all system-related security plans throughout the organization's network, acting as a liaison to Information Systems
* Monitor compliance with information security policies and procedures, referring problems to the appropriate department managers.
* Coordinates the activities of the Information Security Committee
* Advises the organization with current information about information security technologies and related regulatory issues

Worked as Team Leader of IT Department at PAIMAN Project, Pakistan. Major Activities:
• Responsible for maintaining performance, integrity and security of LAN & IT Systems in head office and 24 regional offices.
• Auditing Systems & resources for security breaches.
• Implemented and managed Linux Firewalls for security and VPNs for secure connectivity.
• Maintained hardware inventory & distribution records for all IT equipments.
