The state-of-the-art shopping mall designed by Architects Chapman Taylor will represent the next generation of shopping malls in Pakistan. The Project is spread over an area of 2.1 million sq.ft. across 3 levels, with a leasable Area of 800, 000 sq.ft. comprising of more than 290 retail, food and entertainment outlets. RESPONSIBILITIES (INITIAL PHASE OF PROJECT)

 Initialization of Objectives or Initiation Phase.
 Render expertise in overseeing capital projects to ensure quality execution within agreed time frame and cost while following HSE standards.
 Play a key role in designing and overseeing state of art high-rise, corporate head office of almost 260, 000 square feet area and other developments projects.
 Design and implement strategies to accomplish objectives as well as deliver presentation to leadership about project concept, strategy, and shortlisted resources.
 Inspect resources, screening and recommendation, conduct corporate meetings with shortlisted resources to examine and discuss proposals, feedbacks, and closure.
 Stage Gate Analysis.

HIGH END RESIDENTIAL PALACES:
Combine constructed area of Facility is more than 160, 000 sft while total green area is 56 Acres.

 Actively liaised with stakeholders, principal architect, interior designer, and contractors to oversee and complete projects in a timely manner.

PROJECT COST: I.04 Billion (SAR)
Designation: Construction Manager/Senior Project Engineer.

This is contract from Saudi Aramco to build 380 villas in Al Dhahran, eastern Saudi Arabia, where the national oil company’s staff compound is located. This is a 28 months to building a total of 166, 200 square meters of new homes on a 454, 500 sq meters plot.


PROJECT: SANG “CONSTRUCTION OF SAUDI NATIONAL GUARDS
HOUSING SCHEME AL HASA, SAUDI ARABIA” (5400 VILLAS)

PROJECT COST: 6 Billion (SAR)
Designation: Construction Manager

This is a very huge Housing & Infra Structure Project comprises of 5000 plus Villas along with all allied facilities phases. I am deployed in Major Zone “Productivity with Defined Quality measures” is the special task assigned to me. I have to manage/coordinate with Consultant, all sub contractors, engineering disciplines & higher management to assure high-speed progress on an agreed schedule with defined quality parameters. Project had a great importance for Arabtec Holding.

PROJECT: KAIA “ NEW KING ABDUL AZIZ INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT
JEDDAH, SAUDI ARABIA”

Designation: Senior Project Engineer (PTB )

This is very complex Engineering & heavy construction project. This Mega project has been directly monitored by highest level of “Atkins”, “Arup”, “Civil Aviation”, ”BinLadin” & “Dar Ul Handasah” along with Royal Saudi Officials. The project comprises of various heavy areas/ construction phases. I am deployed in Construction of main “PTB” Passenger Terminal Building. “Productivity with Defined Quality measures” is the special task assigned to me. I have to manage/coordinate with all engineering disciplines to assure high-speed progress on an agreed schedule with defined quality parameters. Project had a great importance for Arabtec Holding.

RESPONSIBILITIES

 Client interaction. i.e. Coordination with client to meet requirements.
 Productivity to be taken at maximum.
 Coordination with all Engineering disciplines eg. Mechanical, Elect, HVAC etc
 Analysis of problems & providing solutions on efficient time frame.
 Managing and monitoring all activities of the sub-contractors, Vendors for direct procurement
 Effective planning of activities for execution.
 Complete evaluation of material & volume of work.
 Physical monitoring of activities for quality control and quality assurance of work.

RESPONSIBILITIES

 Monitoring the activities of McDonald’s - RICC’s Construction function to support RICC in achieving its short and long term strategic goals.

 Monitor, execute and ensure the completion of construction projects of stores and corporate offices as per the desired specifications and prepare snag list for previously handed over sites
Conduct and ensure testing of facilities after the timely completion of construction work are within budget.

 Monitor and control the interior, exterior and equipment installation process by coordinating the efforts of others.

 Prepare, schedule and conduct store closings, audit and report results.

 Implement and communicate corporate standards to suppliers and contractors and review regularly to ensure compliance.

 Coordinate and follow-up with the consultants on the preparation project drawings.

 Evaluate, assess and provide feedback on the performance of the contractors, suppliers and service agents against the agreed upon criteria.

Structure of project is very typical from other reservoirs like raft foundation, retaining walls, column with capital & flat slab. Soil condition of site became very worst due to the surrounding structures & ground water. Special techniques were taken in account to control the conditions.

 Analyzing the project duration & preparation of construction schedules.
 Estimation of activities, controlling and costing.
 Defining the technical aspects to the sub-contractor.
 Setting quality control parameters as per requirement of specification.
 Physically supervising the projects.

Heavy flooring is provided by means of “3/8’’ dia steel mash and providing hardonate.
