Directly reporting to the Project Director of the Company, The Senior Project Manager will have responsibilities. Schedule, plan, coordinate and direct the Contractor all construction activities at the Site to ensure that the Project gets completed on time, within budget with the best quality and safety record. The Project Manager responsibilities include but are not limited to Ensuring that the Contractor Schedule the project in logical steps and budgets the time required to meet deadlines. Project Scope for TABUK BP- Installation of Two new Foam generation skids (X04-U-0110 and X04-U-0112) and connect the discharge to Loading islands, unloading islands, and Pump shelters 01 & 02.The existing 8” bare carbon steel shall be demolished, and 10” new internal FBE-coated pipe spools shall be replaced Installation of new CPI skids(X04-U-0108) with Effluent pumps and skimmed oil pumps. Installation of New Normal OWS pump (X04-G-2B) along with discharge piping to new CPI system. Replace the existing OWS pump (Xo4-G-2A and X04-G-3A) discharge line with new flow elements. Extend heel recovery drainage sump and demolish existing leftover pumps(Xo04-G-4A/B).Demolition of Existing API separator after commissioning new CPI system. Liner Rim seal shall be provided for the existing floating tanks T-1305 to T-1309, D-403, and D-0113.Demolition of Existing Foam skid(D-0105 & D-0106)along with foam tanks, Smoke detection system shall be provided in the existing cafeteria area. Replace existing heat detectors in loading islands, unloading islands & pump shelters. MS modification work for the fire network system. Insulation scope for existing eyewash system. Fireproofing scope for new structural items. Modification of existing Loading/Unloading sheds. Installation of ground sweep nozzles Truck loading Islands 1 & 3 and Truck unloading Islands 2, 3, 5, 6 & 7.Project Scope for DUBA BP-Installation of One new Foam generation skid (X05-U-0204) Installation of 11 Ground Sweep Nozzles.
Directly reporting to the P&GM of the Company, The Project Manager will have responsibilities.
Schedule, plan, coordinate and direct the Contractor all construction activities at the Site to ensure that the Project gets completed on time, within budget with the best quality and safety record. The Project Manager's responsibilities include, but are not limited to Ensuring that the Contractor Schedule the project in logical steps and budget time required meeting deadlines. Ensure that the Contractor assesses properly labor requirements and dispatch workers efficiently to work areas and enforce the need for extra resource and/or alternative work processes required to maintain performance. Ensure that the Contractor follows projects Saudi Aramco STD/Procedures codes and other governing regulations. Ensure that the Contractor has obtained all necessary permits and licenses. Ensure the Contractor submits a 3-Week Look-Ahead Schedule on a weekly basis. Overall approval of Contractor Safety program and ensuring Safety program is strictly applied during all site activities. Ensure that the Contractor has issued the necessary requisition supplies and materials to meet the project construction Schedule. Monitor strictly the Contractor Procurement Schedule Study job specifications to determine appropriate construction methods. Evaluate construction methods and determine the cost-effectiveness of plans. Advise Project management on the timely identification of deviations from budget, schedule, quality, or safety. Ensure continuous presence of wood supervision if the Contractor is working during the night or outside project working hours. Ensure maintenance of daily records of all site activities, including information on labor and plant, and any non-compliant materials or workmanship. Manage the wood team of Site Engineers, Safety Officers, Inspectors, and any other person working at the actual Site. Take actions to deal with the results of delays, bad weather, or emergencies at the construction site.
Develop and maintain effective working practices for the project management team. Provide, with full responsibility and accountability, leadership, and excellence in the achievement of coordinating both technical and governance through the Stages of the Project. Coordinated site supervision work, manage various contractors, and monitor progress of work. Oversaw all critical developments of project master program, including establishment of milestones and phasing. Ensured compliance with technical specifications and approving quality of main construction materials as per standards. Implemented HSE and monitoring adherence to safety standards and satisfactory work practices. Take full technical and commercial responsibility for execution of the contract in all matters covered within the terms of the contract (from initial contract review to project close-out) Identify and communicate project team objectives in accordance with the contract terms, scope of work and corporate policy. Organize the project team, define individual responsibilities, and motivate team members towards successful achievement of specified project goals, particularly through regular project meetings. Delegate work to the project team members in a manner that encourages individual responsibility. Provide guidance to internal and external stakeholders during project execution to meet project objectives. Oversee different contracting parties, owners, customers, government bodies and existing facilities in coordination. Manage complicated issues among different project phases and the existing facilities. Provide leadership and management for the PMT and EPC to ensure safe, cost effective and timely resolution of all interfaces. Be exposed to different cultures, backgrounds, and environments. Attend to and resolve conflicts, challenges and problems related to a large multi-cultural and multi-discipline technical workforce. Review / Validate detailed design and Engineering Deliverables. Participation in design review, 3D Model Reviews, Value Engineering, Risk Management workshops, constructability Reviews, PHSERs, IPR etc.

Directly reporting to the General Manager of Country, the project manager will have responsibilities to manage and execute projects to ensure the effective progression of a project from initial contact with a client to final account in order to achieve the company's objectives in relation to service, profitability and development with a functional authority over all aspects of the progression of designated projects. Validates Tenders and proposals and prepares report Assesses the feasibility of projects in relation to technical, financial and organization resources of the company. Compiling norms in the compilation and validation of costs for projects at tender stage within constraints of project operations. Determine project team size and make up with contracts by developing an organogram, interview team members, Establish site establishment and services. Requisition all site establishment and services and ensure that services are utilized and maintained. Hold on site meetings to establish any deviations and problems and take action to solve such.
Control total services on site, as QS, construction, estimating and engineering.
Ensure that all information is available to planners and detailed plan is drawn up. Set up procedures to ensure information is channeled to planning department and monitor such procedures and reports. Authorize and agree to plan prior to construction together with a timetable for scheduling and completing the project.

Responsibilities includes Co-ordinate all projects/sites activity with responsibility for the execution of the project (EPCC Project) in compliance with all contractual requirements, ensure that resource usage is optimized to achieve, or exceed, projected profit margins. Occasionally leads proposal preparation efforts. Ensure a thorough understanding of the contract requirements and direct preliminary planning stages as necessary.Co-ordinate the work of the mobilization team to ensure that all necessary activities are reviewed with actions appropriately assigned, timescales agreed and relevant parties briefed with new communication channels established where ever necessary. Manage and coordinate the resourcing requirements for respective project segments, including staffing and plant to ensure that these are accurate and realistic and that any necessary steps needed to supply resources have been arranged. Co-ordinate, in construction with the Project Management Team, the development and establishment of the project planning package together with the mechanisms for monitoring subsequent progress against that plan. Ensure that corrective action is agreed and implemented at the appropriate level as and when variations from plans occur. Liaise with relevant staff to ensure that the project monitoring system is implemented adequately and that output on financial performance is reviewed at the appropriate level and frequency to ensure effective control of the project budget. Provide adequate resources and expertise on site to ensure the effective supervision, monitoring and control of the work being undertaken to ensure full compliance with all relevant standards policy and procedures.
Understand project insurance requirements and initiate action to secure coverage in line with contractual obligations. Review Safety and QA/QC project plans with respective functional heads and submit to client for approval. Resolve any contractual/legal matters and ensures that appropriate action Monitor the demobilization plans of the workforce and plant as the project progresses in order to facilitate the relocation of the workforce and the further utilization or disposal of plant. Act as the Company’s official representative with clients, suppliers, and third party contractors - negotiating terms and conditions where necessary, ensuring that Company interests are both optimized and protected.Monitor performance of suppliers and subcontractors to determine compliance with contractual obligations. Resolve issues arising from disputes or sub-standard performance. Monitor payments from clients and initiate payments to suppliers and sub-contractors ensuring all terms and conditions have been met. Manage the preparation and presentation of the final documentation and liaises with the client for the issuance of the acceptance certificate and release of performance bonds and bank guarantees. Participate in a formal review of the project with relevant parties on completion and identify opportunities for learning and development.

Proper shoulder widths, traffic and false work clearances, approach slab status, and adequate stream flow and scour provisions must be verified prior to developing the General Plan.
Investigates statements or site detain District reports which appear uneconomical
or inconsistent with policies.
Reviews bridge maintenance books and discusses with Bridge Maintenance Engineer for widening and rehabilitation projects.
Determines Seismic Retrofit and scour mitigation requirements on existing bridges to be modified.
