It is a Man Made Island named as AL MADINAH AL SHAMALIYA, a huge Construction project which includes 16, 000 Villas in it with all facilities . Our Company is working for complete Infrastructure which includes Sewer Network, Strom Drain Network, Roads, Irrigation, Potable water and Fire fighting, Landscaping and All Electrical works.
Responsibilities :
- Working with the Sr. Quantity Surveyor and a team of 4 members in the Project Work from the beginning stage till the submission and Approvals of Quantities.
- Submission and Preparation of Monthly In-terim Valuations.
- Preparation of Comparison and pricing for the New Items.
- Identifying variations / claims including negotiation and justifications.
-Certifying the sub-contractors valuation and in-house Machinery and labours.
- Technical assistance with the field staff for the project execution stabilize.
- Prepare questionnaire to the Consultant / Client in case of discrepancy in the tender documents.
- Preparation of bill of quantities for Lump sum projects as per Principles of Measurements.
-Coordinating with various contractors / subcontractors involved in the projects.
2. Project : Infrastructure and Building Project. (HNSS
Rs 250 Crores.
The Scope of the project is to Supply the water for Cultivation and Drinking Purpose for Anantapur District. The main concept is back water from the Srisailam Sagar dam is to be utilized. Our Company was doing Complete Work of Canal with cutting and banking and to built the Hydraulics structure where ever is required.The Hydraulics Structures Such as In fall Regulators, U.T, DLB, SLB, SP and Canal Drops.
Responsibilities :
Involved in the Execution.
Checking and Reviewing the Plans and Specifications for the proper construction and Quality implementation at Site.
Preparation of Brief Quantities and forwarding the material requirement to Store.
Preparation and Editing of Structural Drawings using AutoCAD.
Preparation and Calculation of Bar Bending Schedules, Concrete quantities etc.
Discussing the nonconformity if any with the design team to bring the quick solutions for real time problems.
To prepare necessary paperwork for the completion of work and get it authorized by the Department after their inspection.
3. Project : Gorukallu Reservoir and Dam ( A.P - INDIA).
Main Contractor : SEW Infrastructures Ltd.
Client : Government of Andhra Padesh.
Projects Cost : Rs 550 Crores
The Scope of the project involves in Construction of Earth Dam, Concrete Dam, Spillway with Gates.
Involved in Preparation and Editing of Structural Drawings using AutoCAD.
preparation of Tenders i.e., Detailed and Abstract Estimates.
Calculation of Leads and Lifts and Pricing the work done Cost.
Regular B.tech from Jawahar Lal Nehru University ( 2009 -2012). Regular Diploma from State Board of Technical Education and Training ( 2005-2008). From 2008 to 2009 i.e., for 1 Year Worked as a Estimation Engineer.
