KEY DUTIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES
●Maintenance of all routine, corrective, predictive, preventive and break down maintenance of plant.
● Safe and timely execute of presently maintenance program as per defined schedule ( follow the 14 days schedule)
●Visit the location one day before for approved plan job and note down the requirement (like scaffolding, required material etc)
●Make the JHI, JSA / Task Risk Assessment and JMS as per task.
● Send the request to other department if assistant support required like need to electrical connection or instrument tube have to disconnect.
●Make the work permit peck one day before and attach the JMS, JSA, MSDS, I.C certificate, defeat form and confine space entry certificate including required different check list as per requirement /procedure.
●Participate and conduct daily tool box talk and LMRA on every working day and before every job
●Use proper procedures during work execution as per RGEE 6-1 requirement.
●Report mismatch in equipment strategy against the functional location.
●Compliance with maintenance P1 shift schedule and response.
●Conduct PSSR with other related department before taking the plant equipment in service.
●Maintain the history card of different maintenance activity of equipment.
● Write the daily report writing.
●Plan, schedule and execute maintenance activity of shut down.
●Arrange the spare parts, special tool, blind and gasket etc for shut down.
●Ensure health, safety of equipment and tool.
●Ensure proper maintenance and housekeeping of mechanical work shop.
●Put the B-safe observation in system (one card per week)
● Support new employee to build skill and confident level to make sure task/job quality and safety in place.
●If we found any new thing or any new idea then we share with other technician and contractor person.
The Abu Dhabi company for onshore oil operations (ADCO) operates onshore and in shallow coastal water of the Emirates of Abu Dhabi, one of the seven member of the United Arab Emirates which was established on 2nd December 1971.The company product mainly six oil field.Asab, Sahil, Buhasa, North-East Bab (Dabbiya, Rumaitha &Shanayel).I am doing work in Bu hasa field which have over 700 well and oil production is over 500, 000 ton/day.
KEY DUTIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES
●Maintenance of all routine, corrective, predictive, preventive and break down maintenance of plant and PM of water injection well / oil well.
●Make the work permit on maximo and then hand over the work permit to job performer on location after TBST.
●If required make the ICC (Isolation Confirmation Certificate), Exuviation certificate, CSEC(confine space entry certificate) on maximo.
●Make the TRA (Task Risk Assessment) and JMS (Job Method Statement) for critical job activity.
●Provide and share MSDS (Material Safety Data Sheet) with performing team if they perform the job on chemical / gas’s equipment or line.
●Make the work order for take the help of other department like electric connection required from electrical department etc.
●Make the MIV (Material Issue Voucher) on maximo for issuing the any required material from warehouse.
●Maintain the history card of different maintenance activity of equipment.
● Write the daily report writing.
●Plan, schedule and execute maintenance activity of shut down.
●Arrange the spare parts, special tool, blind and gasket etc for shut down.
●Ensure health, safety of equipment and tool.
●Ensure proper maintenance and housekeeping of mechanical work shop.
●Maintenance the different type of valve and NRV.
●Perform the pigging activity.
●Inspection and maintenance of separator as per recommended API-12J.
●Performed the hydro test of different type of valves, NRVs, tanks, vessels etc. as per standard of API-598.

Sui is Pakistan petroleum Ltd's flagship natural gas field. As a major production facility, natural gas field hosts the country's largest gas compressor station and purification plant. At the time of its discovery this field was considered among the largest natural gas field in the world with recoverable reserves of around 12 Tcf (Trillium cubic feet) .This field still remains the highest natural gas producing field in Pakistan. Recoverable reserves are 11, 690 Bcf (Billion cubic feet) and daily average production is 530 MMscf (Metric million standard cubic feet).
●I spend 4 years and 3 months in this organization and performed the job in utility / power plant on different equipment like Dearator , knock out drum, cooling tower, boiler, tank, vessel and also on different type of valve and NRVs etc.
Fauji Fertilizer Bin Qasim Ltd is the largest fertilizer company in Pakistan. The main product is Urea, D.A.P (Di Ammonium Phosphate)
●I spent 7 years and 2 months in this organization and I am very proud of myself that I was involved during this plane erection, commissioning, pre commissioning, troubleshooting and after that I performed the different job activity in running plant. Durding erection face I performed lot of work in which some activity was mechanical related and some not mechanical related such as
●Nondestructive test like DPT, MPI, Holyday Test, leak test, air test, Vacuumed test etc.
● Tightening heavy nut bolt of heat exchanger‘s side cover by Bridge (Hydraulic Tension Machine).
●Line blowing activity of different pipe size.
●Make the TRA and JMS and take the approval from higher management for critical maintenance activity.
●Fabricate the local ejector for remove the dirt and raining water from pit and from lower elevation of plant area.
●Fabricate and erect the different pipe line as per P&ID and isometric drawing.
●Fabricate installed the pipe rack structure as per drawing and also check the strength and quality of pipe rack structure.
●Support to civil department for making the foundation of tank, vessel, pipe rack, pump and turbine etc.

KEY ACHIEVEMENTS
●Overhauling removing and installation of different type of valves and NRVs like gate valve, globe valve, plug valve, ball valves, butterfly valve, diaphragm valve, breathing valve/vacuum breaker, swing check valve, lift check valve, ball type check valve, tilting type check valve, wafer type check valve etc.
●I have sound knowledge about different type of gasket like SWG, lens gasket, Bridgeman gasket, jacketed gasket, PTFE gasket, klinger 1000 gasket, R J gasket , kim chan gasket, rubber gasket, silicon gasket, Viton, non-asbestos gasket etc.
●I have sound knowledge about heavy nut bolt tighten activity by Hand Torque / by hydraulic Torque Tightening (RSL-14 etc) by Hydraulic bolt tensioning (bridge / Hydraulic Tension Machine)
●Maintenance of cat-ion / an-ion unit, sand filter, raw water filter, polisher, knock out drum, raisin trapper, rubber lining activity in inside the vessel, cat ion distributor's header and Spurger repairing and fabrication etc.
● Performed the different maintenance activity at different types of heat exchanger such as fix tube sheet /floating head type/plate type heat exchanger like dismantle, leaked tube identification by soap test, repairing, box up, tube cleaning by chemically, by manually and by High Pressure water jetting machine till 30, 000 psig.
● Rectify the on line leakage of steam, water or other liquid by box up like by welding by c-clamp by clamp with fermonite injection.
● Performed the hot tapping for taking the new connection from running line.
● Perform the different job on axillary boiler /H.R.S.G like tube /tube header sleeving, cutting, plugging etc inside the steam drum, mud drum, economizer, evaporator and super heater's tube etc.
● Remove, installation fabricate and repair the trays of deartar and L.P drum.
● Performing the Different Type of tests Such As:
Leak Test, Air Test, Vacuum Test, Hydro Test,
● Performing the Different Type of Non-Destructive Tests Such As:
D.P.T, M.P.I, Holiday Test
● Rectify the on line leakages of steam lines and from valve gland packing by petro seal or fermonite.
● Maintenance of all types of steam trap for e.g. Thermostatic, thermodynamic and mechanical type steam traps and also I know what is the negative impact if we will not use steam tape on steam line.
● Perform the different maintenance activity in confine space as per standard API 510 for vessel and for tank API 650 etc.
● Repair, remove installation and adjustment of low / high alarm whistle of boiler water column.
● Perform job on Drift eliminator, fills, nozzle, channel header etc which use in cooling tower
