Project Controller/ Implementation Delivery :
* Project Setting & Flow Management (functions covering planning, tracking, reporting, and internal communication)

* Evaluating project performance on completion of the project and monitoring closely on project close out
* Evaluating & publishing Project Team performance on Monthly/Quarterly/Annually based set target
* Influencing Project Managers and team members to effectively use the Company tools
(ISDP ERP PM System & other supporting tools), Processing & Synchronizing data with Customer tools (NFTS, NPTS
* Prepared the New MIS Reports on Weekly/MTD/QTY/Half-Yearly/YTD.
* Prepared the Checklist of Department Wise Authorized Persons with their Supervisors & Staff

* Prepared the Invoices and attending queries of office personnel for their requirements.
