• Uploading the Drawings and documents in a software Program named (EDMS
Ever suite Data Management System)
• Coordinate all activities related to the Document Control procedure, including
Technical documents, drawings, and commercial correspondence.
Input document data into the standard registers ensuring that the information is accurate and up to date.
• Generate the various document control reports as required.
Manage the daily activities.
• Undertake various functions related to document control, document archiving,
Document imaging and maintenance of document register for Construction
Projects and/or detail Engineering Projects.
• Maintaining Log and doing necessary process for the Technical Queries and
submittals.
• Preparing Material Service Request Forms for old and new staff.
• Maintain proper filing system for documents.
• Look after the Drawings of As-Built and IFC.
• Preparing drawing list.
• Checking each drawing before and after loading to EDMS.
• Preparing request for office supply.
• Search and provide Documents hard/soft copies as required.
