Working as an Business Manager I am responsible for a Team of 5. My responsibilities and accountabilities include;
People motivation and development - Manage performance and coaching the development of my team.
Performance Management and delivery- Ensure all KPI's are met within the framework provided
External relationships and stakeholder management - Preparing and delivering presentation to external stake holders and or Directors.
Finance and facilities - Responsible for P&L and ensuring all costing remain within budget
Quality and continuous improvement - Promoting company ethics and ethos at all times ensuring a healthy and safe working environment at all times

Working as an Employment Advisor in the welfare to work sector, my role is to support, advise and empower the unemployed into gaining employment. Building a strong rapport with my members by acknowledging their current situation and identifying and helping them to over come any barriers they feel they may have. Supporting members right the way through the recruitment process, from job searches, application forms, interviews right the way through to in-work support. Handling a caseload of between 150 - 180 members requires effective time and diary management. I also increased KPIs from 25% to 40% through consistent driving, coaching and motivation.
