Timely process end to end payroll all activities.
 Preparing the Full & Final Settlements including, settlement of retrials, i.e. PF,
ESI, Ptax, Income Tax
 Smooth processing of Employees reimbursements claims & checking the
investment proofs on monthly, Quarterly & Annually basis.
 Processing the Full & Final Settlements on time including, settlement of retrials,
i.e. PF, ESI, Ptax, Income Tax
 Handling all payrolls related & investment related queries of all employees.
 Maintaining TDS records, submitting respective quarterly & annually TDS
Returns on time. And also filling the correction TDS return in specific time.
 Preparing the all payroll reports like as PF report, Ptax report, ESI report, TDS
report, Labour Welfare report, monthly salary variance report, Bank transfer.
 Preparing the Journal voucher on cost centre wise, employee wise, department
wise
 Preparation of Form-16 of all employees
 Maintaining Personal records of almost 4000 employees & Co- Ordination in
confidential payroll and computing their tax based on their investment details
as per income tax act
