Commissioning of new plant equipment and in troubleshooting of existing processes.
To work with and assist operators with troubleshooting and correcting process upsets.
Contribute to the training of operators, production supervisors, and others as required, particularly in the area of new and modified processes.
Assist in commissioning of new plant equipment and in troubleshooting of existing processes.
Specify and organize plant trails or laboratory experiments necessary to establish optimal process parameters in terms of safety, quality, operating efficiency and capacity.
To support and monitor day to day manufacturing operations and provide the necessary process/chemical engineering expertise in designing new production processes and optimizing the performance of existing units as well.

Plan, manage and monitor Asphalt Production.
Ensure all steps of Production runs smoothly and effectively.
Train, supervise and manage production line workers
Follow product specifications and quality control measures.
To achieve daily production target and Troubleshooting to reduce delay of process.
Manpower Handling
Prepare HSE Report (Daily, Weekly, Monthly and Quarterly) viz. Daily Site Walks, Weekly Site Inspection, Monthly HSE Statistics Report, etc.
Promote Safety Awareness by conducting Daily Toolbox Talks, Safety Induction Training, Seminars and Campaigns to Visitors, New Employees, Supervisors and Engineers.
Conduct Daily Site Inspections, identify & evaluate hazardous conditions and practices in the Workplace.
Monitor strict compliance of “Permit-to-Work system” at Worksite and explain the importance of same to the workers.
Inspection of fire fighting equipments & fire fighting system.
Provide HSE Advisory to the Construction Team.
Participate in Incident Investigation by being an Incident Investigation Team Member & submit initial Incident Report to HSE Engineer.
Carry out Risk Assessment prior to commencement of any operation/activity.
Enforce the workers to comply the safety regulations of the organization.
Assist in the development of Safety culture that delivers excellence in Health & Safety Performance.
Ensure compliance to HSE policy, procedures and guidelines on all activities.

● Handling of Operations viz. ETP, UF, RO, M.V.R.E., M.E.E. systems.
● To work in rotational shifts and achieve the target with in the MPCB limits.
● To handle the Manpower & department wise allocation of Production Target.
● To provide training of Process & Safety at least once in a month to the workers.
● To carry out the 5S, TPM & Kaizen activity.
● To prepare and/or update the work permits.
● To conduct the analysis of process with Lab Inspector.
● To prepare the MIS report daily & Cost Estimation report monthly.
● To prepare the internal IMS Audit documents.
● Trouble shooting to reduce delay of process. Documentation of Hazardous Wastes.
● To maintain the records such as Production, Chemical consumption, Utility supply, etc.
● Report to Production Manager.

• Designing the Capacity of Evaporator as per PFD including the Mass Balance over Evaporators.
• Commissioning & Erection of Multiple Effect Evaporators (M.E.E.), Heat Exchangers and Pumps as per the P&ID.
• Providing supply and return line utilities to Multiple Effect Evaporators (M.E.E.), Heat Exchangers.
• To conduct the Calibration of Multiple Effect Evaporators (M.E.E.) & Heat Exchangers
• Leakage tests for all utilities.
• Report to Assistant Project Manager. Man Power Handling.

Training completed in Crude & Vacuum Distillation Unit on operations like Heat Exchangers, Desalter, Pre Flash Drum, Atmospheric Pipe Still (Fractional Distillation), Condenser, Air Fin Cooler, Distillate Drum, Forced Balance Draft Furnace, Vacuum Pipe Still (Vacuum Distillation), De Aerator Tank, Catch Basic Drum, Steam Ejector, and Pumps.

• Handling various Unit Operations like HCL Generation, Chlorination, Fractionation, Centrifuge, Crystallization and Filtration.
• Handling equipments like Glass Lined Reactor (GLR), Stainless Steel Reactor (SSR), Sparkler Filter Agitated Nutsche Filter, Auto Centrifuge (Hydraulic Type, Manual Type) and pumps.
• To work in rotational shifts undertaking the responsibility of production target.
• Troubleshooting over the equipments causing delay in production and achieving Zero Breakdown during production. Maintain the Daily production report. Man power handling.
