•Establishing control procedures to monitor the output and validate the performance of those manufacturing processes, responsible for variability in characteristics of in-process material and product.
•Assuring stringent adherence to quality standards, norms & practices, identifying gaps, troubleshooting and taking corrective & preventive actions.
•Ensuring process validation by establishing documented evidence for specific process consistently produces a product meeting its pre-determined specifications and quality characteristics. .
•Interfacing with the processing department to ensuring the in-process Quality - to ensure quality of: Food Products, Leather Garments, Cosmetic and other Clinical products.
•Conducting layout inspection & functional testing for preparing the safety, hygiene and environment guidelines as per SHEACO. .
•Maintaining quality standards for incoming materials, ensuring stringent adherence to quality standards, norms & practices, identifying gaps and taking corrective action. .
•Handling vendor approval audit / freight negotiation for distribution channel - can be included suitably.
•Continuous evaluation of outgoing products to ensure quality of assembly of final product & FGS (Fast Global Supplier) quality to maintain work on “ZDM” (Zero Defect Machine) philosophy. .
• Design and implement plans for the effective use of material and labor resources to achieve manufacturing target
• Supervise the operations of manufacturing personnel to ensure a manufacturing process is within budget and time schedule
• Oversee the hiring, orienting, and training of technical production employees to ensure a competent workforce
• Conduct studies and research to discover a more effective approach to production
• Oversee the regulation of work shift to ensure proper workload distribution
• Monitor a manufacturing team to ensure operations complies with health and safety standards
• Schedule the maintenance of production equipment and machines to ensure efficient operations
• Analyze and provide solutions to manufacturing challenges or problems
• Liaise with the quality assurance department to ensure product quality and specification are consistent
• Conduct assessments to identify mechanical and procedural limitations that minimize work efficiency
• Monitor and control a production process to adjust operations in event of a problem
• Collaborate with marketing and sales staff to implement strategies that will improve the marketability of manufactured products
• Oversee the procurement of raw materials and equipment required for manufacturing
• Review personnel performance to determine individuals most suited for promotion

* Dealing with Co-packers to fulfil their requirements on time as per the company standard
* Managing Monthly/ Weekly/ Daily operation schedules for the company and Co-packer’s business by analyzing demand with capacity to ensure fulfilment at right service level
• Planning and Organizing production schedules to run optimum day to day operation
• Assessing project and resource requirements
• Estimating, negotiating and agreeing budgets, time scales with clients and Managers
• Ensuring that health and safety regulations are met
• Organizing the repair and routine maintenance of production equipment
• Developing and driving continuous improvement initiatives
• Participating in various activities related to safety, Quality, Productivity, Innovation, information and Data security, Supply management, marketing, people management, HR and others
• Manage, Direct and develop the Quality Control Staff.
• Responsible for product quality to ensure all products and procedures are compliance with internal and external standards.
Safety responsibilities:
• Develop and install processes, procedures and systems required to manage SHE
• Audit & control general factory conditions ( food safety & hygiene production operations )
• Report hazards and injuries to management and use outputs of SHE.
• Responsible to supervise staff
Quality responsibilities:
• Maintain product quality to meet Internal and External (ESMA, GSO) Specifications.
• Develop and review the Frame work standard of Quality Road Map in cooperation with production teams
• Update and communicate the quality Data.
• Monitor performance and minimize risk through the quality KPI’s and internal audit processes.
• Reduce the customer complains in conjunction with the production and development departments.
• Conduct regular check on analysis results of finished, Raw and packaging materials.
• Releases Raw and Packaging Material into the operation after ensuring analysis results are within the set standard specs
• Release finished products from the production hall after ensuring that analysis results are within the set standard specs
• Keeping records of most important quality issues.
• Develop and install processes, procedures and systems required to manage Quality
• Audit quality processes and systems and ensures corrective actions are taken
• Implement/ install quality systems and processes
• Develop and maintain quality specifications
• Construct process and procedures to ensure product trace ability through the customer/consumer
• Create systems to monitor and control indicator of factory quality
Production responsibilities:
• Promote continuous improvement programs in conjunction with production team.
• Regular check during making process steps and on line product analysis results during the production process to provide optimum quality level of finished products.
• Taking decision in releasing / blocking final product.
• Taking decisions in issues concerning quality of product
• Participate in TPM/Lean operations and other initiatives to improve quality and guide the overall process
Cost responsibilities:
• Develop and Implement savings in projects.
Delivery responsibilities:
• Coordinating with the internal division on standards and facilities resolutions of the international quality issues and problems on the imported material.
• Provide service data and collect feedback from customers;
• Attend meeting with customers on service.
(Fresh Juices, Fresh Fruit Industry)
•Overseeing the production process, drawing up a production schedule;
•Ensuring that the production is cost effective;
•Making sure that products are produced on time and are of good quality;
•Working out the human and material resources needed;
•Drafting a timescale for the job;
•Estimating costs and setting the quality standards;
•Monitoring the production processes and adjusting schedules as needed;
•Being responsible for the selection and maintenance of equipment;
•Monitoring product standards and implementing quality-control programs;
•Liaising among different departments, e.g. suppliers, managers;
•Working with managers to implement the company's policies and goals;
•Ensuring that health and safety guidelines are followed;
•Supervising and motivating a team of supervisors;
•Reviewing the performance of subordinates;
•Functioning as an Internal Auditor of FSMS ISO 22000.
•Identifying training needs.
•Involved in both the pre-production (planning) stage as well as the production (control and supervision) stage.
ORGANISATIONAL DETAILS
Prepare, obtain approval, issue and implement company quality control (assurance) program manual in compliance with owner contract and company requirements.
•Be responsible for the interaction with owner, agencies and internal departments on quality related matters including performance activities such as audits, program setup, program planning etc.
•Reports to company management as required by regulatory requirements.
•As required by quality control program manual, perform activities such as audits, preparation of company standards, notification to management of quality problems, etc.
•Responsible for Quality Control program implementation.
•Responsible for training and supervising Quality Assurance Representatives. Will perform, activities such as audits, program setup, program planning etc.
•Approval of incoming and dispatch products according to the Quality plan and procedures.
•Resolving issues with the supplier and developing a Corrective Action. Preparation of quality plans of various stages of production
•Act as QMS representative with regulatory agencies and internal departments on quality related matters as required.
•Ensure company standards as outlined in quality control (assurance) manual are effectively implemented.
•Ensure adequate corrective measures are implemented in cases of noncompliance.
•To handle Quality staff & QA lab.
•Authorized to introduce Mineral water, Juices, Energy drinks & other food stuffs as a trader in South Africa, Kenya, and Nigeria & Russia etc.
Engaged in calibration of all necessary equipments in Lab (Refract meter, PH meter, Hydrometer, Dial thermometer, Analytical Balance, Pressure Gauge, etc.).
•Engaged in making Training schedules of EMS, HACCP, SOP, GMP and training to QC, Production, Store, Cooler workshop and garage and Sales Departments.
•Analysis & release of raw material & finished product as per Coca Cola Standard & specification.
•Maintaining documents & Files as per Coca Cola & EMS ISO 14001:2004 Clause.
•Functioning as an Internal Auditor of EMS ISO 14001:2004. Complete understanding of SOP, GMP & HACCP implementation.
•Monitoring sanitation of syrup room tanks, lines, filter press, multi mix
Efficiently handling the documentations as per GMP, GLP & ISO 9001: 2000 clause.
•Assisted the Internal Auditor of ISO 9001: 2000.
Entrusted with the responsibility of:

•Raw material and finished product and prepare C.O.A as per specification.
•Raw material of bulk drug, drug intermediate, fine and specialty chemicals.
•Finished product of bulk drug, drug intermediate, and fine and specialty chemicals.
•Working standards.
•Micro biological test of in process water.
•Calibration of instrument ( U.V. spectrophotometer, Karl fishier titrater, PH meter, analytical balance)
•Validation of analytical method.
•Preparation of drug master files as per I.P.
