 Oversee the operation of driver’s performance monitoring team and improvement of daily collection.
 Establish procedures and be responsible for managing Drivers performance monitor system.
 Coordinating training support with the Training Department and conducting staff orientation training to, Low income controller and counselors.
 Ensure appropriate information provided to operators and follow-up the drivers as required.
 Ensure pertinent information of updated and disseminated to all team.
 Review driver’s performance monitoring team activity to determine staffing requirements, assess training needs, identify technical problems with equipment, and to make appropriate adjustments in the operation.
 Coordinate closely with IT and Finance to get correct data for the flow of information.
 Build and maintain excellent relationships with drivers.
 Investigates and resolves Drivers problems with services rendered.
 Build Drivers interest in the business offered by the company.
 Ensure to achieve the Targets and highest level of driver’s performance monitoring system as well as improve the daily collections.
 Watch the performance of operators and counselors during the tours of duties and will assist them wherever they need a solution.
 Analyze the driver’s performance with the recommendations of counselors and to be re-check/confirm before taking any action against drivers.
 Any termination / suspension of driver due non performance, all the connected supporting papers to be forwarded to HR / Operations Manager.
 Monitor the daily collections and analyze the market trends and forward the recommendation to the Manager.
 Daily driver’s performance monitoring tracker review and report submission to Operations.
 Attending all kind of meeting at terminal.
 Arrange training to the new drivers regarding taxi business in Dubai.
 On receiver of black trip report from IT, investigation and take necessary action.
 Clarifying the doubts of drivers regarding commission fine etc.
 Grievance handling of the driver’s.
