Within this organisation I worked in Technology delivering Digital Applications / solutions.

I held roles such as Project Manager, Program Manager, Delivery Manager/Scrum Master and Account Manager to successfully deliver to clients such as Toronto Stock Exchange, Mubadala, HSBC and First Abu Dhabi Bank.

Key responsibilities:
• Project Management/Delivery of strategic business IT solutions, from small, medium to large complex implementations
• Ensure IT initiatives are met in a timely manner and within agreed budgets
• Maintain project plans, manage issues & risks and regular team/stakeholder meetings
• Delivery model in agile/scrum environment:
Using Trello, Jira and Confluence; Supported product owners with management of the Product Backlog and Product Roadmap vision;
Executed / facilitated Daily Scrums, Sprint Planning, Product Backlog refinement sessions, Sprint Reviews, Sprint Demos, Backlog / Story Grooming sessions, Sprint Retrospectives and Release planning;
Generate Process improvement ideas from retrospectives, feedback and other learnings
• Manage communications plans including regular status reporting
• Manage on-shore and off-shore delivery teams
• Managing DevOps teams to ensure best practices such as Continuous Integration CI / Continuous Deployment CD / Test Driven Development TDD are implemented successfully
• Manage project costs, budget allocation and provide regular project financial reports
• Manage full project documentation for all stages / phases
• Ensure the programme is adequately resourced for all the agreed phases
• Establish and maintain business relationships with clients, monthly reviews including escalations
• Pro-actively managing monthly invoicing milestones and aged debt
• Mentoring, train and support juniors / colleagues in project management practices.

Key achievement/projects:
• Toronto Stock Exchange (Toronto) - Scrum Master (digital, web development) role to build an online subscription based product selling stock exchange data to banks and financials organisations, using off-shore model.
• HSBC (Dubai) - Programme Manager (IT, Technology, digital and web development) role to deliver Straight Through Processing (STP) for a first of its kind banking experience for UAE retail banking - reducing the time to on-board new customers from a few days to 20 minutes by providing a decision in principle in real time. Many other smaller digital deliveries to generate greater online conversion.
• First Abu Dhabi Bank (Abu Dhabi) - Delivery Manager (digital) role to deliver best in class omni channel designs for building their current Internet, Mobile and ATM banking experience. Many other smaller digital deliveries to generate greater online conversion.
• Mubadala (Abu Dhabi) - Account Manager role to oversee the managed service using off-shore development centre.

As a Business Change consultant managing a multi-million dollar transformation initiative. The initiative was to streamline and standardize business operations processes and deploy a common Business Process Management BPM workflow solution (Bizflow) enabling process automation. It also included integration with a Document Management System (IBM FileNet) and existing supporting systems to achieve additional benefits. Functionally focused on processes for the New Business/Underwriting, Policy Admin, Customer Services and Claims, located in Gulf and Egypt.

Key responsibilities:
•Create Governance structure for Steering Committee and Delegation Committee
•Manage the Initiation Phase to deliver Project Charter, Roles & Responsibilities, Change Management process, Communication and Escalation plan
•Management of delivery plans to ensure all necessary preparation and execution tasks and dependencies. Ongoing management of those plans to achieve the delivery goals
•Manage external vendors (Bizflow and RSTN) and internal stakeholders (Business and IT teams)
•Oversee the approval process for the Statement of Work for internal partners and external vendors
•Manage regular meetings with Steering Committee, Business, IT teams and external vendors
•Manage and co-ordinate the completion of the Analysis & Design phases to time and quality; working with the vendors, Business and IT teams to secure sign-off at all stages
•Oversee with support from the IT Project Manager completion of the Development and Test phases to time and quality; working with the vendors, Business and IT teams to secure sign-off at all stages
•Manage risks, issues, financials and regular reporting (weekly, monthly and Benefit Realization)
•Managing teams in five countries, five time zones and different working week.

Key achievement:
•Delivered $8M worth of benefits, by reducing turn around time (TAT) for all the automated business processes and strategic integration with key supporting systems.

Infusion as a global consulting company won projects with retailers, airlines, banks, insurance and government organizations. I had roles such as Project Manager or Program Manager to deliver solutions.

Key responsibilities:
•Maintaining accurate, current, and correctly modelled project plans enabling intelligent decision making by all stakeholders.
•Being knowledgeable with details of contracted deliverables and ensuring that expended effort is aligned with overall vision, objectives & budgets.
•Identifying change orders, generating necessary documentation, and negotiating such change orders with the client.
•Identifying risks & issues and escalating them as required to the Project Steering Committee.
•Managing internal development teams, 3rd party vendor and supplier delivery teams.
•Owning the complete project / program life-cycle and associated product deliverable from initiation to implementation to the agreed governance & delivery methodology.

Key achievement/projects:
•Al Rajhi Bank (Riyadh, KSA) - Deliver Infusion designed new e-branch with interactive digital experiences (complete end to end fit-out). This was the first of its kind for a bank in KSA.
•Radioshack (New York) - Deliver in-store digital experiences for the roll-out of revamped/rebranded new concept stores, to help increase revenues as the old brand was failing.
•Metlife Ins - Deliver the largest business requirement documentation project in readiness for the implementation of a new business process management (BPM) workflow solution (using Bizflow).
•Etihad Airways - To deliver new web services to support a new content management platform (EPiServer) as part of a major transformation programme called PSS which replaced their website.
•National Bank of Abu Dhabi (NBAD) - Delivered online customer statements to save costs on mailing paper based versions.
•Mubadala - Delivered bespoke solutions using Microsoft Sharepoint and CRM Dynamics to automate/workflow of Legal documents, design & build new intranet and improved Financial control/reporting.
