• Managing virgin mobile FBO's and kiosk operations with a Team of 80+ staff all over the kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Successfully operate 9 kiosk and 7 FBO stores all over the kingdom.
• In Charge for new expansion plan for FBO's.
• Responsible for New site evaluation, store design & store build to insure quality control as per Virgin Company standards. Monitor and control OPEX and work closely with construction team to monitor CAPEX.
• Store merchandising and daily sales operations process, including profit control, inventory control, promotions, marketing activities, store targets, staff targets, staff evaluations, training program modules. Weekly, monthly sales analysis, to present during businesses partners meeting.
• P&L evaluation meetings with higher management and finance team- Every Qtr.
• MI reports share with Virgin mobile Head Office to launch competitive tariff, offers and Data bundles. Customer’s feedback to improve service and to keep current active lines graph stable or facing up.
