Close monitoring of all projects, daily progress reports, POB, HSE & quality monitoring
Application of all responsibilities with regard to the company’s environment, health, safety, security and quality
standards.
Prepare Civil BOQ, material reconciliation statement, Bar bending schedule and knowledge of material quality
estimation in for civil work (Cement, steel, Bricks, Sands, aggregates etc.)
Prepare civil work specific Method Statement & Risk Assessment
Supporting construction manager throughout the duration of a project.
Identification and notification of contract variances and adequately reporting such issues to the construction
manager. Maintaining quality control and test inspection plans for the project.
Required protection is provided and correct handling techniques are applied at all times.
Prepare and actively participate in the project hand over process and ensure that appropriate documental
evidence is provided to the Construction Manager against a Construction Handover Check sheet.
