Resolve the problem in architect drawing and responding to technical queries from consultant/client to deliver the project on scope within budget and time schedule.
Review technical architecural contract documents and amend it as needs and engineering reviews to give it to site engineer for implementation.
Identify and supervising design changes in drawing to ensure the work site execute with local & international standards.
Identify architecural drawings and report problems to the project control manager and technical office manager to solve it as time schedule.
Coordinate and prioritize targets and work with project control managr, technical office manager and all technical office engineers for table priorities commensurate with the work schedule.
Supply site with detailed drawings according to the course of business for the readiness of the site work which required for implementation of schemes accredited business without disruption.
Recommend improvements on conceptual design and specification& paricipate in construction corrective action to ensure resolution of nonconformities
Responsible for studying the tender and preparing of shop drawings, Manage the preparation of all architectural technical document packages and related submittals related to planning, obtaining approvals, specifications to be procured by the Owner, Preparation of BIM and 3D Models in support of project requirements, Preparation of schedules, quantities, area tables, Develop design specifications, have consideration for building and construction materials, costs and construction schedules, Analyzing building codes, by-laws, space requirements, site requirements and other technical documents and reports
Develop plans, elevations and detailed drawings, and advise on selection of finishes, colours, lighting, plumbing furniture and other items as per scope of work, Prepare plans and specifications for the final interior designs in accordance with current practices and codes, working independently and coordinating with others, Prepare concept presentations including materials, furniture, finishing and specification details
Studying the tender and Preparing of shop drawings, Checking the plans with other elements of drawing such as (elevations, sections, details) to be ensure that we don't have any confuse in one of them.
