• Review Lift Plans & Transportation Plan submitted by Contractors & monitor the application of project
procedures & compliance of Lifting & Rigging operations with approved Lift Plans & procedure including
effective Risk Assessment.
• Representing COMPANY PMT & host meetings of Lifting & Rigging related concerns with PMT Constructions
& Contractors for better solutions & progress.
• Conduct periodic Audits to ensure the implementation of COMPANYs established Lifting & Rigging Code of
Practice / procedures at Site.
• Contribute to Incident investigation, Risk assessment studies & technical discussions with management.
• Advice Construction team in potential work problem & provide technical supports operation of engineering
system & documents any problems related to Lifting Operations.
• Lead a team of moderately experienced professional staff to perform duties in a safe manner in accordance
with established operating procedure and work practice.

• Develop Lift Plan with load handling calculations & procedure for Scheduling & Execution safe Lifting
Operation for Turnarounds/Shutdowns.
• Liaise with Sub-contractors & Third Parties for safe Logistics, Transportation, Inspections, Personnel
Certifications & other documentation purposes.
• Coordination of inspections, maintenance & certification of Lifting Gears & Equipment maintaining a level of
safety & reliability for controlled Lifting Operations.

procedures & compliance of rigging operations with approved Lift Plans & procedure including effective Risk
Assessment.
• Contribute to Incident investigation, Risk assessment studies & technical discussions with management.

• Lead a team of moderately experienced professional staff to perform duties in a safe manner in accordance
with established operating procedure and work practice.

• Prepare Lifting Plan and coordinate all the Rig moves lifting operations and participating in all risk
assessments ensure all categories of lifts in Routine & Non-Routine are plan and organized safely.
• Conduct pre-rig move route surveys as per location GPS route maps provided by client and generate safe &
affective route plan as per client requirements.
• Visit New location well site location in advance together with the Contractor’s Transport Supervisor to
evaluate the deficiency of location to ensure safe & efficient Rig move operation.
• Coordinate with Rig-Superintendent and instruct Rigging Supervisor/Truck Pusher & Riggers/Banksman for
all necessary arrangement like Cranes, equipment, Trailers & Lifting gear at site as per Rig move schedule.
• Arrange & obtain Permit to work and ensure all required documents like Lift Plan, JSA, Certificates, etc. are
up to date and are included in Permit pack.
• Review Contractor’s interface documents, Lifting Plans, JSA, Certificates, Emergency response plans with
regards to Lifting Operations.
• Responsible for all lifting equipment selection and ensure all lifting equipment meets the required standards
and ensure compliance of the Client’s policies & procedures related to Lifting & Rigging.
• Maintain all assigned company reports, Lifting Equipment/ Lifting Tackles register, all Rig move equipment/
Lifting Crew License & certificates & paperwork up to date in time & orderly way.

• Plan, Coordinate and organize the Lifting Operation developing Lifting Plan with safe work procedure and as
per ADNOC LIMS requirements.
• Liaise with Sub-contractors & Third Parties for safe Logistics, Transportation, Inspections, Personnel
Certifications & other documentation purposes.
• Coordination of inspections, maintenance & certification of Lifting Gears & Equipment maintaining a level of
safety & reliability for controlled Lifting Operations.

• Responsible for observing all laws, regulations & other applicable obligations wherever & whenever business
is conducted on behalf of the Company.

• Plan site set-up to move labour, plant & materials around site efficiently (Hoarding, gates, site office, Crane,
Hoists, Security, Temporary services, material deliveries, Waste management strategy).
• Prepare Site Logistics Plan and update time to time as per Site requirements for smooth workflow.
• Manage and allocation of Site storage areas authorizing the Storage Permit
• Plan internal & external Logistics route through the project phases focusing on separation of vehicles,
machinery & people. Lay-down area & offloading points.
• Liaise with Sub-contractors & Third Parties for Logistics, Transportation & inspections.
• Pre-plan the usage of key assets such as hoists to ensure planned assets meet the needs of the program.
• Responsible for all traffic management internally & as well as Site surrounding external roads.
• Create operational procedures & Method Statements.
• Ensure vehicles & plants are operated safely by competent personnel & in a legally compliant manner.
• Create & agree Crane & Hoist booking system as per work schedules with Site Construction Team.

• Plan, coordinate & supervise all Lifting & Rigging activities in the project.
• Prepare issue or review detailed Lifting Plan and Method Statements for all Lifting operations in AIP.
• Abide on duty stipulated in workplace safety & health (Crane Operation) regulations, workplace safety & health (General Provisions) regulations & other relevant subsidiary legislations.
• Perform inspection on all Cranes and other Lifting equipment’s used in the project.
• Participate in RA meetings on Lifting Operations & brief the Lift Plan & RA to the team.
• Responsible in selection of the Lifting equipment required for job by verifying the load calculation to match with the approved MSRA.
• Ensure that the ground conditions are safe for any Lifting activity to be performed by any type of Crane.
• Check the load & riggings to ensure that the load can be lifted & moved safely.

• Coordinate & supervise all Lifting activities in accordance with the Lifting Plan.
• Briefing all lifting crew (i.e., Crane Operator, Riggers & Signalmen) on Lifting Plan, Risk control measures &
safe lifting procedure before commencement of any lifting operation.
• Ensure that only registered Crane operators, appointed riggers & appointed signalmen participate in any
Lifting operation involving the use of any type of Crane or Lifting equipment.
• Ensuring that the ground conditions are safe for any lifting operation to be performed by any type of Crane and
lifting equipment.
• Be present during all lifting operations & if unsafe conditions are reported to suitable measure to rectify the
conditions so that the lifting operation can be conducted safely.
• Inspect Crane & Lifting gears for safety issues on daily basis.
• Complete job tickets, service quality summaries & all other necessary paperwork.

• Maintain all Crane equipment & follow safety procedures during Crane operation.
• Manipulate or depress Crane controls to regulate speed & direction of Crane & load movement according to written, verbal or signal instructions.
• Inspect Crane on regular basis for defective parts or malfunctions.
• Troubleshoot & minor repair the Crane with assistance from technicians.
• Complete job summaries & all other necessary paperwork accurately.
Ensure all the Lifting gears are in use must be certified & in good condition.

• Responsible for all lifting activities and setting of all the materials on the Deck & Platform.
• Maintain all Crane equipment.
• Follow all safety procedures during all crane operations following Rigging studies and taking Toolbox talks.
• Scheduling Rigging crew on Platform and Deck as per job requirements.
• Signaling all critical Lifting operation On-Board and dynamic including on Platform.
• Manipulate or depress crane controls to regulate speed and direction of crane and hoist movement accordingto written, verbal, or signal instructions.
• Perform safety inspection of crane daily prior to use.
• May troubleshoot and minor repair the crane with assistance from mechanic or technicians.
• Complete job service quality summaries and all other necessary paperwork neatly and accurately.
• Ensure all the Lifting Gears are in use must be certified.
• Maintain the Rigging Gear Loft properly and check all the Lifting Gears periodically.

• Maintain all Crane equipment & follow safety procedures during Crane operation.
• Manipulate or depress Crane controls to regulate speed & direction of Crane & load movement according to written, verbal or signal instructions.
• Inspect Crane on regular basis for defective parts or malfunctions.
• Troubleshoot & minor repair the Crane with assistance from technicians.
• Complete job summaries & all other necessary paperwork accurately.
