Details Job Description :
• Develop Commissioning Engineering document for Tunu - Tambora and Handil Wellconnection
• Develop the system and subsystem mark-ups and systemization with reference Opercom methodology
• Assist Commissioning Lead Engineer in development and population of the ICAPS data base including the issue of the relevant progress reports & lists
• Create commissioning technical query for any modification during installation
• Check and review instrument installation detail drawings including instrument material takeoff, instrument material requisition, and technical vendor evaluation
• Plan, coordinate and control commissioning in activity with reference Opercom methodology
• Establish coordination and interfaces with other parties involved (contractors, field operations, drilling, vendors) for commissioning activities
• Participate in witnessing factory acceptance test of instrument equipment

Details Job Description :
• Coordinate and assist IST Division for setup of ICAPS & SQL Server and the network
• Assist Discipline Engineer to prepare Commissioning ICAPS database population
• Facilitate the interface between Company and Contractor ICAPS database follow-up Commissioning activities and update the Contractor ICAPS database
• Prepare and manage the Ready for Start-Up (RFSU) dossier
• Prepare progress and reporting during preparation and execution commissioning activity
• Coordination of Commissioning activities preparation with close contact with other parties involved and in respect with Company regulations
• Witness and validate Commissioning activities performed by Commissioning team into ICAPS, in a safe and professional manner, within the framework and priorities defined by hierarchy
• Provide technical supervision of Contractors Pre-commissioning ICAPS database
• Manage the complete follow-up of ICAPS implementation in accordance with the software application system and in compliance with the Pre-commissioning & Commissioning Specifications
• Review Contractors Pre-commissioning and Commissioning procedures & work methods
• Provide technical supervision on the combined Pre-commissioning and Commissioning punch list management (Create & Clearance)
• Issue Commissioning weekly status reports for input to planning system

• Lead Construction and responsible to manage manpower for E&I construction activity
• Responsible and monitor progress reports of E&I construction and achievement on the field
• Ensure E&I construction activity compliance with project schedule
• Manage and monitor all E&I construction activity include material status
• Monitoring engineering document for updating the E&I construction to ensure construction running as per details engineering design
• Manage and responsible for all operational budget according to established accounting
policies and procedures
• Ensure the safety requirement are implemented during E&I Construction by all personels with vigilance to success the project.
• Supervise the day to day witnessing of the installation of all instrument equipment as System Cabinet, Field Instrument, F&G Cabinet, Detectors, etc
• Organize and direct coordination with Supervisors and Technicians in the day to day Construction and Pre-Commissioning activities

• Define and initial setup ICAPS configuration and management procedures
• Coordinate all technical maintenance and modifications with ICAPS software development company
• Populate ICAPS database with all relevant data coming from detail engineering or turnaround activities
• Develop and produce ICAPS reports on daily basis and as required supporting the various project reporting protocols management
• Define system‐subsystem limit with client and generate & review test packs, mark up drawing and define all task related to pre-commissioning activity
• Carried out check sheet and test sheet reporting and review compilation of final documentation (RFC), include generate punch list and monitor the clearance (Punch list management)
• Carried out wiring cable termination and finalizing cable entries, cable routes, loop check for E&I installation as per details engineering drawing
• Carried out As Built Drawing as per hook up and TSLD for for E&I installation as per details engineering drawing
• Execute and Witness SAT Precommissioning activities for Electrical & Instrument equipments
• Provide system and database analysis and technical support / direction to all ICAPS users
