• Checking and preparing the list of the relevant documents in support of the client’s claim/defence and sending it for legal translation.
• Preparing e-mails to the clients and communicate them through telephone when necessary for conducting the cases.
• Maintaining court case calendar/diary.
• Preparing the daily reports of the cases by coordinating with the advocates and informing the same to the clients through e-mails, after preparing the same.
• Maintaining the customer data base and update the contact persons accordingly.
• Maintaining the case data base with file numbers and case numbers and update the stages of each case accordingly.
• Assisting the partners/lawyers to prepare the notes of the litigation in order to communicate the same to the clients.
• Preparing the draft of the legal notices and draft of the reply notices.
• Preparing draft of the Power of Attorneys.
• Preparing the Annual Audit Legal Confirmation for the clients.
• Coordinating with the Legal Translator for the prompt delivery of the legal translated documents for submitting it to the court.
• Scheduling, coordinating and confirming court dates, appointments and meetings of the client with the partners.
• Arrange for the filing of the Legal Documents including original Power of Attorneys and Trade licenses.
Assisting the Senior legal counsel and partners of the firm.
