Working as a dedicated Social Media Manager responsible for
crafting and implementing compelling social media creative
designs, expertly managing platforms, creating strategic content
calendars, and optimizing posting strategies.
Responsible for managing vacation rental bookings and
houseboat reservations through online platforms and direct
communication. Additionally, I manage communication with
property owners and handle the onboarding process for new
vacation rentals onto our booking platform.
Managed content research, social media calendars, client
collaboration, design coordination, content writing (social media
specific as well as long-form-articles) and content optimization
while acquiring proficiency in various business tools and
streamlining team communication.
● Managing houseboat bookings according to the
availability for a requested date.
● Follow-ups with agents and clients directly over
email/telephone over bookings and payments.
● Ensuring the smooth functioning of day-to-day
operations.
