• Investigate design drawings and converting them into 3D Model using Prosteel/Tekla.
• Checking clashes within model plus the interfaces involved using Navisworks.
• Reviewing Client’s comments on the model and updating it to suit.
• Writing correspondents to the necessary people (client/co-worker) concerning technical enquiries about the project.
• Assigning fitting & assembly numbers on the model prior to production of 2D Drawings.
• Generating 2D Drawings from the model.
• Models and Drawings are Mechanical Equipments, Structures, Civil, and Piping.
• Mechanical includes: Conveyors, Chutes, Crushers, Pressure Vessels, Tanks, Pumps, Fans, and other parts necessary to complete the project.
• Structural includes: Platforms, Walkways, Handrails, Stairs, and Ladders.
• Ensuring that all the Models and Drawings meet the Australian Standards or as required by the Client.
• Issuing of Fabrication Drawings for Client.

• Field measurements/as-built drawings of Piping, Structures, Pressure Vessels, Crushing Equipments and other related Industrial Projects.
• 3D Modeling and 2D Drawings using AutoCad, Prosteel and Navis Jetstream of Mechanical Equipments, Structures, and Piping.
• Mechanical Drawings includes: Conveyors, Chutes, Crushers, Pressure Vessels, Tanks, Pumps, Fans, and other parts necessary to complete the project.
• Structural Drawings includes: Platforms, Walkways, Handrails, Stairs, and Ladders.
• Piping Drawings includes: Stainless Steel, Steel, Polyethylene, Mining Hose, Valves, Bolts and necessary Fittings.
• Ensure that all the Drawings meet the Australian Standards or as required by the Client.

Review the Request for Proposals of Various International Clients which includes Oil Rigs, LNG, and Mining Camps.
Prepare drawings of the Buildings and Site Layouts that will meet the housing requirements stated in the Proposal.
Checking, designing, and drawing of Conceptual Floor Plans of individual buildings namely: houses, dormitories, kitchen/diners, ablution, recreations, offices, laundries, medical clinics, storage, chiller/freezers, and other utilities.
Checking and ensuring that the Building and Site Layouts are functional, economical, ergonomic, and meets the Safety and International Standards.
Work distribution for Draftsmen and Estimators.
Checking and making of Shop Drawings of the Prefabricated Buildings which includes: floor plan, foundation plan and details, modular floor frames, plumbing, wall cutting plans, beams, columns, roofing, electrical plans, load schedules, and furniture.
Ensures that the Drawings are complete, accurate, and easy to interpret.
Enforcing the Engineering Department’s Work Schedule to ensure the prompt delivery of drawings to the Production Department.
Checking of material take-off of the buildings.
Ensures that the availability of materials in the stock and market will match the requirements indicated in the shop drawings.
Assisting, coordinating, and answering the queries of different departments (Purchasing, Warehouse, Production, QC, Shipping, and Site Supervisors).
Safekeeping and Documentation of conceptual drawings, shop drawings, as-built drawings, e-mail correspondents, equipment manuals, catalogs, and other necessary documents needed to ensure the smooth operation of the department
Measurement, assessment, and detailed drawings of different replacement parts and equipments for Mechanical Maintenance and Water Desalination Plant.
Material take-up, developments, and calculations.
Working in tandem with mechanical inspectors during maintenance shut-down.
Drawing the locations of the equipments or parts that need repair or maintenance.
Drawing of Plant Layouts, Projects and Proposals.
Safekeeping and Documentation of all Mechanical Drawing Files
Scanning, copying, and plotting of large format drawings.
Machining drawings: shaft, bearing housings, flanges, sleeves, bushings, gears, cams, pulleys, rollers, wheels, valves.
Fabrication drawings: steel structures, piping, ducting, silos, hoppers, rotary feeders, apron feeders, flap valves, belt conveyors, pan conveyors, screw conveyors, bucket elevators, fan impellers, kiln parts, stackers, liquid tanks, liners, screens.
Casting drawings: jaw plates, bowl and mantle liners, crusher liners and hammers, VRM rollers and tables, immersion tubes, nose rings, grate cooler plates, drag chains, nose rings, ball mill liners and diaphragms.
Field measurement and assessment of different equipments and parts required by the customer.
Converts customer drawings, samples, and field sketches into AutoCAD either in 2D or 3D complete with the necessary details and tolerances.
Material take-up, developments, and calculations.
Making project presentation and proposals for customers.
