Dining Area Duties:
Provide the perfect service experience for every Guest. Ensure the Guest feels important and welcome in the restaurant
Present menu, answer questions and make suggestions regarding food and beverage
Serve the food by sequence in an accommodating manner. Ensure hot food is hot and cold food is cold. Adhere to timing standards for products and services
Pre-bus tables: maintain table cleanliness, bus tables. Look ways to avoid waste and limit costs
Assist in keeping the restaurant clean and safe
Deliver food and beverages to any table as needed
Must follow all cash handling policies and procedures
Kitchen/ Bar Area Duties:
Wipe all glasses, plates, etc.
Prepare plates for food, plating
Making Mocktails, Fresh juices and Coffee
Checking and changing of all food and non-food expirations
Checking, replenishing and ordering running low items
Maintain cleanliness and organized bar area
Other Duties:
Answering phone calls; guests inquiries, reservations, orders and complaints
Receiving and checking Talabat or Zitaat order
Ordering and receiving stocks orders for dine-in and kitchen
Cashiering and sending end of the day report
Decorating special events in private room or dining area
Greet, Assisting, promoting, and upselling Sebamed product
Inventory and monitoring running low items
Ordering, receiving and displaying products
Receiving money bags from Vending machine money collector (route man)
Making sure that bags is complete based on route man reports
Sorting money and counting
Making reports and Bank deposits
Greet the customer and punching items on P.O.S system
Received payments, giving change and end the work with a smile
Remitting money to the treasury department and making sure that there’s no short or over money
