• Directly reporting to Commercial Manager and Project Manager.
• Preparing Variation proposals with Narrative and agreeing with Engineer.

• Attending meetings with Bored of Directors, Consultant and Client.
• Review sub-contractor’s LPOs with Invoice and reporting to Commercial Manager.
Manage all cost, commercial & Procurement aspects of the project.
• Preparing interim payments and taking joint measurements with Consultants’ QS and sub-contractors
• Preparing Variation proposals and agreeing with Engineer.
• Prepare the detail cost planning & cost report preparation to client for the new scope of work
• Prepare the Commercial report of the project
• Review and certify sub-contractor’s payment applications.
• Thoroughly prepare price comparisons to select sub-contractors after receiving quotations conversed with suppliers and sub-contractors for obtaining quotations
• Actively assisted the Contract Manager in finalizing sub-contractor’s agreements and reviewing/finalizing variation proposals.
• Attending meetings with Bored of Directors, Consultant and Client.
• Successfully prepared and claimed the Extension Of Time (EOT).

RESPONSIBILITIES
• Preparation of Monthly Interim Payments
• Reviewing of all NS Contractors’(MEP) Payment application and making recommendation to the client
• Review and certify sub-contractor’s payment applications.
• Actively assisted the Contract Manager in finalizing sub-contractor’s agreements and reviewing/finalizing variation proposals.
• Involvement in Prolongation Claim.
• Preparing reconciliation report.
• Checking specifications & tender conditions & etc.
• Attendance and representation at commercial meetings.

RESPONSIBILITIES
• Quantity take-off Pre-Contract and Post Contract in accordance with SMM7.
• Improve Develop Quantity Surveying practices and systems.
• Controlling and updating BOQ, Contracts and Variations Status and related logs with Employer and S/Cs to fulfil project
requirements.
• Processing Payment Applications for Employer and Payment Certificates for S/Cs.
• Ensure that appropriate notice under the contracts are given properly and on time.
• Checking Subcontractors Invoice
• Site Visit.
