Roles & Responsibilities :-
■ Provided engineering services to E&I maintenance and operation departments with regards to E&I equipment fault troubleshooting, predictive and preventive maintenance activities.
■ Implementation of IMS objectives and carry out safety as a business process in all Engineering departments’ activities.
■ Analyze, assess and optimize all critical plant systems in order to maximize reliability, availability with minimum life-cycle costs.
■ Set-up of long term outage planning for Desalination and Power.
■ Analysis of Incident reports, performing RCAs, providing Engineering recommendations and implementation of follow up actions.
■ Lead the EPC and O&M coordination during outage works.
■ Monitor, analyze and keep track on all condition monitoring and legislative equipment tests.
■ Diagnose and resolve plant systems operating problems.
■ Be aware of any OEM equipment modernization and/or upgrade.
■ Liaise with experts within the Group.
■ Assist in implementation of plant environmental programs including overseeing proper operations of the plant in accordance with plant permits and licenses.
■ Contact and evaluate vendors for purchases of both Direct Materials & Subcontracts and service providers.
■ Assist in training and development of plant personnel.
■ Support the O&M teams in updating the O&M manuals after analyzing the OEM manuals (in particular GE) and assessing/cleansing of plant systems.
■ Responsible for the control of all documents including manuals, elementary diagrams, site layouts, etc.
■ Assure a total and efficient SAP utilization throughout the company.
■ Set-up of Key Performance Indicators.
■ Set-up and define individual and departmental team objectives (in line with company’s business objectives).
■ Ensure that the Engineering team is complementary in its goals.
Executive Summary:
Responsible for maintaining Plant wide Control system including, Central DCS Delta-V, Asset Management System, PLCs, Utilities and Burner Management System. Responsible for maintaining Facility Process Modules smart Field Process instrumentation.Provide Technical support & guidance for I&C reliability programs. Support dept. Manager in preparation of Manpower Plans, expense & Capital budgets. Communicating with Counterparts in CP-Chem, DU-PONT and Original equipment manufacturer to identify and adapt best practices.
Roles & Responsibilities :-
•Team Lead DeltaV Version11.3/13.3 DCS control system includes: verification of control Narratives & Functional description, Graphics as per P&ID & PFD.Valves & motor typical witnessing, Alarms & Set Point Verification & modifications, Valves Fail Safe witnessing & verifications & historian archiving, DCS license upgradtions. Control Loops tuning as per the process parameters, downloading DD files, installing HOT fix to 3rd party Instruments, SCRs developments & implementations, SIS By pass Implementations & IPLs Verifications.
•Team Lead Implementation of Delta V SIS (Safety Instrumented System) on HTF Vaporizers with in-house capabilities.
•Responsible for providing required technical troubleshooting & Fault Diagnostics to the maintenance dept in resolving Allen Bradley PLCs RS Logix 5000, 500 SLC-5, Micro Logix-1400 /1200 control packages/Skids.
•Team Lead Pre-Comm./Commissioning MC/PSSR & Loop Testing activities from Remote Instrument Buildings (RIB) for Smart field Instrumentation and Close/Open & Cascade Control Loops.
•Team Lead for implementation of Enterprise Asset Management System (EAM) ERP. Developing Schedule Maintenance plans & on demand Maintenance strategies & forecasting in close analysis with the system performance evaluated with the help of Microsoft Dynamics AX-12 EAM Modules & CMS-Beamex. .
•Participates in HAZOP, RCA (5-WHY Method) & Mechanical Integrity (MIP) Programme and provide support for Management of Change (MOC) if required.
•Hands on experience of Rosemount Process Instrumentation, including Smart Devices TT, FT, PT, DP & DVCs.
•Detailed review facility instrumentation drawings, specifications, calculations, charts and graphs, data sheets, loop diagrams, logic diagrams, I/O wiring diagrams and panel drawings.
•Discuss & Support the Project I&C design Review, Procurement, Installations and Testing Activities with International Vendors, Suppliers, OEMs & EPC contractors.
•Provide the required technical troubleshooting and assistance to the maintenance dept in resolving control and instruments related problems.

Possess good quality experience in testing, commissioning & startup of Power Plant & Petrochemicals projects, especially in the area of Engineering design development, Maintenance and multidisciplinary Engineering Management. Project Description : Up gradation of existing S5-Hardware from S7-414-4H Redundant Controller with Switch Redundant I/O modules, Integration of Simeas-P (Measuring Transducer). Development of HMI for Electrical Load Shedding System -ELSS using WinCC 7.0
