Full cycle book keeping. Manage all aspect of GL, A/R, A/P, billing and finalization of accounts.
➢ Monthly preparation of financial reports, budgets, cost reports and financial forecast.
➢ Formulate the annual business plan, the annual budget and the quarterly forecast.
➢ Document Control and filing. Maintain accurate, updated and secured accounting records.
➢ Assist in completing end of the year accounting activities and assist auditors in their annual audit review.
➢ Inventory Control. Monthly physical inventory with the assistance of the warehouse supervisor.
➢ Control petty cash expenses and maintain petty cash logs and ledgers
➢ Book all bank transactions and prepare monthly Bank Reconciliation Statement.
➢ Maintain and reconcile individual customer and supplier account
➢ Generate and review accounts receivables aging reports to facilitate credit control
➢ Send and follow up debtors outstanding balance statements and collection reminders
➢ Make checks, T.T transfer and payment vouchers on the basis of credit terms and policies
