Working as a rolling stock technician at (E&M Division) for world's longest automated driverless metro railway system in highly demanding and competent environment.
Maintenance of Alstom and Kinki Sharyo train carrying out all level of preventive, major preventive and Overhaul maintenance activities.
Performing Alstom preventive and major preventive maintenance based on kilometers and overhaul of Kinki Sharyo train.
Performing preventive and major preventive maintenance of AGTU, VAC, earth return, auto and semi coupling, gear unit oil replacement, brake unit
shoe replacement, battery, TCU (traction control unit), APS (auxiliary power supply), doors.
Performing routine vehicle inspections, side, interior, under frame equipment parts for damage and defects perform minor repairs and technical cleaning.
Responsible for Day-to-Day Bogie overhaul activities like disassembling of bogie and components, traction motor, TBU (treaded brake unit), lateral damper, bump stop, center pivot, z-link arm, flexible pneumatic connection, primary and secondary suspension, gear unit overhaul disassemble and assemble, axle assemble, wheel dismounting and mounting, journal bearing
disassembly and assembly, CCD (current collector device), Current collector shoes Replacement,
Assembly and disassembly by using special tool and hydraulic oil press tools.
Having knowledge of carried out of operation Of VHBM (vertical hub bore machine), wheel lath and wheel press machine.
Carried out static function and dynamic testing after completion of overhauling, EVR (event record) and fault record data download and analyzing.
Competent for traininbound, outbound movements and safety independent check after post overhaul.
Perform roles necessary for the management of the safe system of works, including meet tight maintenance schedules.
Perform and carry out duties as instructed/ directed by the rolling stock team leader and other senior rolling stock maintenance staff, Perform shift and emergency duties when required.
Supervise, monitoring and coordinate MEP services with
subcontractor and civil department, done assert installation work on site as per engineering drawings and site conditions.
Installation of HVAC, plumbing and mechanical services,
includes ducting, damper AHU, FAHU, FCU, VRF units, water supply piping, drainage, pumps, sanitary fixtures and associated works, diffusers, chilled water piping, grill, plenum box, sound attenuator’s, chilled water pumps, heat exchange, (SEF) smoke extract fan, induction fan, ventilation services, as per reflected ceiling plan (RCP), civil layout and architectural drawings.
Supervise HVAC installation work on site as per engineering drawings and site conditions.
Installation of all type of HVAC System includes (Diffusers, Ducting and Chilled Water Piping, AHU & Fain Coil Units and associated works, Grill, plenum box, sound attenuator’s, fire smoke damper and volume control damper) as per reflected ceiling plan (RCP), Shop drawings, civil layout and architectural drawings.
Installation and Maintenance of Water Supply Services-
domestic cold and hot water supply piping, flashing water supply piping, shaft piping, swimming pools piping, water fountain piping and nozzle services, raw water tank and OHT(over head tank) piping services.
Installation and Maintenance Piping - CPVC, UPVC, PPR, Cast Iron, GI, PVC, HDPE.
Installation and Maintenance Drainage Services- soil piping,
waste piping, rain water piping, garden drain piping, HVAC units drain piping with insulation, trench piping and gratings, chamber and manhole covers, grease trap, grease trap
wastewater kitchen and wastewater piping services, STP
(sewage treatment plant) piping, WTP (water treatment
plant) piping services.
nstallation, repair and maintenance of STP and WTP services.
Installation, repair and maintenance of STP and WTP piping, jet nozzle, pumps, bar screen chamber and tanks, valves.
Monitoring and supervise overall works and fault, arrange technicians, preparing material list, preparing work permits.
Preparing fault schedule and daily progress reports.
Providing technical guidance on site to ensure all works being performed safety and professionally.
