• Responsible to Ensure 100% Plant Availability and Zero Delay in Preparing Required Activities for Start-Up/Shut- Down/Change Over.
• Responsible to ensure all Operations are Carried in a Safe and Efficient Manner Ensuring that all Plant Control System are Operating Automatically at Design Operation Set Point and All Protection Devices are in Place and Functioning.
• Perform shift duty and monitor to required tasks in order to maintain safe and efficient operations.
• Provide a focal point for troubleshooting, optimization and achieving operation targets to control key costs and improved reliability.
• Promote continuous improvement and consistency within the operating units with regards to operating practices and work quality.
• Accurate and timely reporting of operation data and all incident reports.
• Participate in the development of SOP's, lock-out tag outs, safety bypass procedures and safe work permits.
• To carry out scheduled preventive operations and maintenance work within the designated time and with highest quality.
• Understanding of Quality, Health, Safety and Environment management systems and safety rules.
• Carrying out periodical tests in addition to daily, monthly and yearly tests.
• Take all necessary actions to correct any incident during normal operation.
• Responsible for raising defect notifications using ‘SAP for the maintenance department to rectify.
• Responsible for authorizing work after analysing the environmental hazards as being authorized.
• Give and receive written and verbal handover at shit change.
• Report to process supervisor on all issue relating to plant.

• Independently manage day to day plant operations for production
• Plant production activities i.e., material inventory management, scheduling production plant against production targets, its execution and safe packing of products
• Monitor production process and keenly maintaining process parameters.
• Analyze operation bottlenecks and troubleshoot problem relating to plant operation.
• Establish preventive maintenance schedules and supervise maintenance activities.
• Generate reports i.e., Daily Production Reports, Annual Production summary, Production Review Reports
• Provide guidance, instructions and motivation to all operations staff to attain all established goals.
• Lead shut down and startup operations of plant.
• Conduct root cause analysis and provide technical support to operation staff.
• Maintain Shift Logs, Packing inspections and clarity for dispatch.
