•Performed troubleshooting and maintenance of BENTLY NEVADA (3300 & 3500 Series) vibration monitoring system installed on heavy-duty pumps and compressors.
•Calibrations Installation & Maintenance of Pressure, Level, Flow and Temperature transmitters. (Rosemount smart series 3051)
•Calibrations & maintenance of the Control valves, Smart Positioners & Digital Control Valves (Masoneilan, Fisher & Brooks)
•Calibration & Maintenance of Pressure, Level, Flow, Temperature, Vibration & Proximity switches (SOR, Magnetron)
•Tank gauging System (Fuel Manager), Calibrated & commissioned the Proservo Tank Gauging System NR-30 (SAKURA ENDRESS)
•The maintenance job at TGS System includes Proservo NMS 53 Series, Promonitor NRF 560 Tank Side Monitor and Prothermo 535/6 for Temperature measurements.
•Truck Loading Automation system (TLAS) where Performed the commissioning, startup and maintenance activities on 27 Nos. product Loading Bays Truck loading Automation system and involved in the server installation and client PC for truck loading & also commissioning of ESD system for loading.
•The troubleshooting and maintenance job at TLAS System includes of Proximity Card Reader Keri System PXL-250, Petro Count Inventory Management System (PCIMS), Turbine Flow Meter / Bi Rotor Meter (Brooks), weighing bridge L225 (Avery Berkel), calibration and repairs of PDIs, Transmitters, Digital Valve (Model 788 Brooks)
•Work Experience of METER PROVING by COMPACT PROVER on 12 inch Mini (3 Gal) and 18 inch (10 gal) Fisher Rosemount with OMNI Flow Computer 3000 Series.
•With Brooks Compact Prover annually proved the turbine & P.D flow meters of Truck Loading Area & Pipline Flow.
•Motor Operated Valve (LIMITORQUE DDC 100 SYSTEM ), Calibration, configuration & commissioning of the MOVs linked through RS 485 serial BUS to Digital Distributed Control PLC.
