Employee Engagement & Employee Relations:
Design & rollout of engagement calendar, high impact engagement activities within budget across the Zone. Partnering with external vendors to execute these Engagement plans.

Team Handling:
Drive High Performing HR Team of 8 members in HRBP Roles and Continuously build HRBP capabilities by upskilling and coaching the Team.
