• Responsible for the Indian division of a multinational Information Technology and Digital company with operations in 85+ global locations, having 60000+ employees worldwide and $2.39 billion in revenue for 2021.
• Country Head for India monitoring Mumbai, Hyderabad, Ahmedabad, and Chennai Locations having TTEC Subsidiaries.
• Oversee all legal matters for group companies having approximately 5000+ employees across India.
• Organize, and attend Board meetings and respond to inquiries from various regulators like RBI, ROC, MCA, Shops and establishments and Income Tax.
• Manage corporate litigations related to Labour Disputes, EPFO, Tax etc. Involve law firms and prepare the strategy on the budget for the matter.
• Member of Global Senior M&A and integration team and organize various acquisitions in India. Successfully integrated Avtex Solutions LLC and Serenbyte Inc. along with their Indian Subsidiaries.
• Responsible for all secretarial and legal compliances for TTEC group companies in India and successfully organize & attend the Board meetings and comply with all regulatory filings from time to time, which includes the appointment of Directors, KYC, Annual Reports, and AGM.
• Key advisor for various stakeholders in HR, Tax, Insurance, Benefits, Facility, Finance, Accounting and Operations departments.
• Manage post-acquisition integrations involving HR, Regulatory and Operational aspects.
• Assist the global executive team to deciding on various business matters including but not limited to Acquisitions, Operations, Expansions, Selections of Indian Board Members etc.
• Lead in Policy making for TTEC subsidiaries in line with various state laws and regulations. This includes policies from the Human Resources department.
• Successfully draft, negotiate and execute various contracts for Information Technology, Digital and Sourcing businesses.
• Productively established Contracts Centre of Excellence with a team of attorneys operating in Drafting, Negotiating and finalizing global Contacts for Clients and Vendors.
• Efficiently drafted playbooks for MSA, Licensing Agreements and Confidentiality Agreements for ITES, Sourcing and Digital Business.
• Successfully managing the team of attorneys delivering global legal projects including Contracts Drafting, M&A due diligence, and Summarization of legal documents, while helping International Counsels to reduce their burden.
• Established TTEC India Foundation a CSR Implementation entity for TTEC companies in India and regulate all CSR activities under it.
