• Advising senior management on contractual & technical risks by performing evaluation of risks during pre-bid stage; negotiating with client/consultant/vendors for different contractual terms & conditions, budget constraints, and technical requirements
• Develop innovative conceptual designs and conduct precise design calculations to drive successful project executions.
• Generate comprehensive project reports and effectively manage resources and technical support.
• Thoroughly evaluate the scope of works, plans, and estimated costs for every project component.
• Foster seamless site operations by coordinating with project consultants and stakeholders.
• Facilitate the seamless delivery and installation of equipment and materials.

• Administer the scope of works, ensuring adherence to quality & safety norms by implementing QA/QC procedures.
