She orchestrates global mobility services to employees/expatriate, lone women/senior/LBGT travelers and while coordinating duty of care protocols for corporations around the world.
Before starting IKG Global Consultant, Iram spearheaded developing the foundational protocols and best practices for the global mobility resources industry. Many companies in this industry are still using those same procedures created by Iram today.
Now, Iram is advocating for a much needed service component associated with global mobile resource service, the Duty of Care. Duty of Care Consulting has joined the IKG’s family of global services. This new service helps Global companies develop a robust preparatory plan for health, safety, security and well-being programs, which protects their employees and their families while travelling or working remotely cross-borders.
Iram is an active member of the US State Dept. Overseas Security Advisory Council, National Advisory Council, US Pan Asian American Chamber of Commerce, Global Ambassador 10kSA a Breast Cancer Awareness initiative by Princess Reema Bint Bandar AlSaud of Saudi Arabia. Besides being an active elite member of various professional women organizations in the tristate, Iram is a NOVUS Summit ambassador for the United Nation’s Sustainable Development Seventeen Goals
