• Tender Preparation & Submission: Leading the tender preparation and submission for high-voltage substation and transmission projects, ensuring all materials and project requirements are accurately accounted for in RFQ reports.
• Risk Analysis & Cost Estimation: I thoroughly study project risks, prepare detailed cost sheets, and develop complete commercial and technical bid offers.

• Pre-Qualification Submittals: Preparing pre-qualification submittals for projects both in KSA and internationally, ensuring compliance with client requirements and standards.
• Client Coordination: Coordinating with clients such as SEC, Ma’aden, Royal Commission, and other key stakeholders to ensure alignment with project goals and expectations.
• Technical Meetings & Support: Arranging technical meetings with different project stakeholders and providing technical support to the Tendering & Procurement divisions, ensuring smooth communication and resolution of technical challenges.
• Bid Clarifications & Evaluation: I handle both pre-bid and post-bid clarifications, ensuring all aspects are aligned with client needs and project specifications. I actively participate in project opportunity evaluations and assist in preparing the firm’s qualification and experience statements.
• Inquiry-to-Order Management: I take charge of all technical and commercial aspects during the inquiry-to-order phase, evaluating project requirements, scope, and technical specifications related to substations and other electrical infrastructure.

Senior Tender Engineer
• Working for both KSA and GCC (International) Tenders in Filed (Infrastructure, Electrical Substation, Transmission line Electrical & Water, Water Pump station)
• Making strategy for costing & technical proposal for upstream & downstream.
• Detailed reviewing of contract documents in respect of commercial & technical.
• Preparing tender, BOQ, Quantity Take-off.
• Study drawings, specifications for technical compliance & deviations.
• Preparing tender documentation including cost summary sheets, risk assessments and approval documentation.
• Submitting completed tender proposals to meet customer deadlines & requirements.
• Complete tender follow-up and negotiations.
• Take ownership for the various projects assigned
• Prepare enquiry document to vendor and subcontractors
• Get proposal from vendor and subcontractors and evaluate their proposals
• Build and maintain pricing / estimating databases and ensure outturn costs are captured and fed back through the system.

Procurement Engineer
• Ensure the procurement of services and goods is in line with budgets, time, and quality requirements.
• Execute the centralized procurement activity of the organization by implementing a professional, effective procurement function based upon the agreed organizational process.
• Prepare requests for Information/Proposal/Quotation/ tenders with pertinent specifications, clear terms and conditions, and prepare tender/quotations evaluation reports.
• Conduct price analysis and commercial evaluation of proposals and tenders in coordination with the technical team.
• Prepare the final recommendations for internal acceptance/endorsement by the agreements reached with relevant customers.
• Prepare Contracts, Purchase Orders, and Agreements for approval and circulate approved documents to all stakeholders.
• Add value at each stage of the procurement process by working cooperatively and jointly to provide quality service.
• Prepare relevant reports at regular intervals, as agreed with the Procurement Manager, on progress against the baseline procurement program and supplier service delivery.
• Implement the set administrative, purchasing, and clerical procedures to maintain the efficiency of the Procurement function.
