Creates Purchase Requisition(PR) and Purchase Order(PO) of Import and Export project materials(Brands: Honeywell, Schneider, ATEIS, Cooper, Helvar, Sontay and many more) Follow up delivery of materials to Import and Local Suppliers Tracks Purchase Order from release up to delivery to warehouses Creates comprehensive monitoring report of all material orders Process advance payment and post dated cheques to local suppliers Knowledgeable in sales quotation creation, delivery note until invoicing Reports to Service Manager and Supply Chain Manager
Handles 9 Maggi Coordinators across the country and ensure that they hit their target. Ensure distribution of products and help create promotional idea to boost sales growth
