Make all arrangements and improvements to coordinate travel of
all RA management and staff, including scheduling/booking flights
and ground transportation, booking accommodations, and
handling any other trip-related tasks.
• Manage & maintain an accurate travel database and report
annual and periodic castings to the HR Manager in Dubai.
• Maintain bring-ups of all return tickets of employees where
applicable and ensure monthly monitoring of the same by
canceling and keeping it open for future use and or process refund
if required.
• To ensure staff travel is cost-efficient and complies with internal and
external regulations.
• To verify and authorize staff travel invoices, ensuring compliance
with RA guidelines and alerting management in cases of non-
conformity.
• To ensure and record implementation of cost-saving measures
through negotiation with travel service provider, arrangement of the
most economic route and appropriate itinerary.
• Maintain relationships and develop networks with relevant partners,
including airlines, agencies, and hotels. When appropriate, you will
be responsible for contacting embassies and representatives on
relevant visa issues and maintaining a high level of personal
attributes when you do so remembering always you are
representing RA International.
• Keep and maintain awareness and relevancy with current internal
and external rules and regulations governing international travel.
• To maintain knowledge of airline tariffs and international practices.
• Monitor and maintain travel ticket deduction costs of RA staff for
payroll purposes every month.
• Supports the office and operations of the organization by
responding to all staff leave queries.

Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of the office
• Ensure adherence to quality standards by developing and
monitoring internal controls.
