Responsible in purchasing order retail and operating products.
Managing and monitoring stock levels.
Maintaining inventory of operating product, guest amenities, office supplies and replenishes by preparing requisition as necessary.
Study reports received, check and compare with previous or other data and bring to the attention of the Director of Spa /Manager significant items, changes, errors or omission.
Communicate and delegate task effectively to ensure achievement of objectives and operational standard.
Processing product orders.
Compiles and maintain records, statistical information and reports.
Suggesting any improvement and development plans to the administrative policies procedure and system to upgrade operation control and performance.
Oversee the general running of the Spa in assistance with the Manager/ Director of Spa.
Aware of the Monthly P&L and other financial figures
