Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for overall coordination of controlled documentation.
- Sends and receive documents from external organizations.
- Receive, prepare and send business letter, using the Microsoft Outlook.
- Prepares the daily time sheet of staff and labour and checks the accuracy.
- Sorting, filing and prepares documents, drawings and submmitals
- Greets clients or guests and serve them a drink ( turkish cofee, tea etc)
- Providing information on the company products and some general administrative
- Answering calls/directing calls, discerning the nature and purpose of a visit, contracting
the appropriate employee when a visitor arrives.

    I finished the Degree of Bachelor in Science in Commerce, Major in Hotel and Restaurant Management for 4 years. It is a big accomplishment to finished my course because it's quit hard due to our department is not mainly in Hotel and Restaurant Management, the course is covered with subjects regarding business management, apparently, thesubjects are hard such as Accounting and other appendages.

    I finished the four years degree course of Bachelor of Science in Commerce, Major in Hotel and Restaurant Management. I have certificate training in the Hotel and Cruise Ship. I worked as a secretary/document controller in a consultant company and have manage a food caterer business in the Philippines.
