I am a technical adviser on Human Resource Management issues and implementing Human Resource policies as per the guidelines of the Public service of uganda
Since september 2008 I worked as an administrative assistant in Entebbe Hospital and I was involved in activities like providing general support services for office administration monitor and maintain the level of stock of stationary and various office supplies and records management.
Since 2009 up to date I am serving as a Human Resource officer in Entebbe hospital.

❖ I am a technical advisor on Human Resource issues in the Hospital.
❖ I train and monitor performance appraisal.
❖ I streamline the hospital pay roll through entry and exit management of employees as per the staffing norms.
❖ I ensure proper personal records management.
❖ I participate in ensuring welfare of employees.
❖ I am involved in general office and hospital administration like ensuring that all office stationary is in stock and equipment maintenance.
❖ I am involved in recruiting the locally employed workers and managing day to day employee contracts.
