Conducted Drop Object Surveys of Onshore Rigs (GDI 1, 2, 3 & 4)
Assessed the primary & secondary retention of the fixed items.
Managed the temporary or loose equipments fixed in the assessment areas.
Prepared the recommendations for areas of improvements.
Prepared Drop Object Survey report with Picture Book of relevant photographs and specific inspection checklist to be presented in timely manner.
Prepared & updated drop object checklist for all parts and components of the rigs.
Project Title : External Audit on Rig Move Operation
Client : National Drilling Company (NDC)
Location : U.A.E.
Conducted Rig Move Audits on ND-24, ND-56, ND-38, and ND-08.
Carried out survey of the rig and the whole area during the rig move operation.
Reviewed the operational integrity of civil equipment used in the rig move.
Reviewed rig move incidents record and confirm whether appropriate actions have been taken and lessons learnt incorporated into operating practices.
Reviewed the standard of working environment & welfare provided to rig move staff.
Confirmed availability & implementation of appropriate rig moving planning, executing process, guidelines and it is within the industrial working safety standard.
Observed and confirmed that the loading & offloading, binding & restraining procedure is according to the international safety standards.
Witnessed actual rig move starting from preparation stage until completion and confirmed that moving road, site location are adequately prepared according to the contract & safety guidelines (rig move manual).
Confirmed that PMS of rig move civil equipment's and its accessories are adequate & physically implemented.
Reviewed Emergency plans, procedures related to rig move operations.

To implement an HSE management system under the HSE Manager and to ensure that HSE values are understood and adopted by all personnel.
Coordinating with External and Client central safety audit team.
Implement work permit procedures.
Identify high risk activities and conduct risk assessment of potentially hazardous operations and recommends appropriate control procedures.
Conducting internal inspections and audits on site assignment including hazards mitigations.
Organize inspections of lifting equipments and heavy vehicles by approved client contractors.
Organize internal and external trainings for employees.
Ensure Health Fitness of all employees; organize Medical check-up according to the client specification.
Ensure fire equipment maintenance plan is fully observed.
Prepare emergency preparedness plan and conducting Mock Drills. Carry out investigations on incidents including high potential Near misses and disseminate the lesson learned to the employees.
Record of near misses and reporting on daily basis from site.
Prepare monthly HSE statistics, Minutes of meeting and internal audit reports.

Organize sites so that work is carried out to the required standard with minimum risk to men, equipment and materials. „
Arrange PTW and conduct Pre-job safety planning and toolbox meeting before proceeding on excavation, scaffolding, civil/mechanical works and other works required on the site. „

Well trained to handle SCBA (Self Contain Breathing Apparatus).
