• Review and maintain company QMS, Prepare and review Method of Statement, ITP, Checklist, QPP, RFI, NCR, MIR, and Project casting record maintain.
• Arrange to Conduct Internal and external audits and meetings.
• Ensure full implementation, monitoring, and checking of the approved Method Statement, Inspection, and Test Plan as interfaced with the Clients’/Consultants’ requirements.
• Prepare a Nonconformity Report, and Action Request, for any finding during inspection ensure the implementation for the correction and corrective and preventive action, and perform the necessary coordination with the Engineer representatives.
• Conduct incoming inspection and testing of supplied materials to ensure that only approved materials shall be used in the project.

1. Propose and implement work processes, procedures, and technical resources by the Engineering Policy and the Project Management activity.
