• Attend Technical Meetings with Client, Design team and Contractors
• Ensure contractor comply with drawings and design in term of design, material & workmanship standards

- Coordination with contractors and other disciplines regarding changes and alterations to designs and drawings as per client requirements
- Worked on construction of underground two-story parking facility with an approximate cost of AU$ 105 Million
- Daily prestart meetings with client (Local Government), planning authority and construction manager
- Preparation of Plans (Safety plan, Quality Plan, Traffic Management Plan)
- Review of drawings and preparation of revised plan designs
- QC of specification documents to ensure that plans and drawings contain sufficient/accurate information for execution of the construction works
- Liaison with various parties after identification of missing information within specified timeframes
- Liaison with contract manager/contractors to help find solutions to technical problems in design
- Preparation of Inspection and Testing Plans (ITP’s)
- Monitoring the implementation of construction activities and ensuring building work complies with relevant quality standards
- Worked on U.A.E University Development Project with an approximate cost of AU$ 0.7 Billion
- Confirm adherence to construction specification and safety standards
- Liaison with design team and contractors to help manage works on site
- Quality control of structural construction including:- inspection of steel reinforcement, post-tensioned concrete slabs and beams, stressing and grouting for tendons
- Quality control of steel structures from delivery of steel members to final erection and painting
- Careful control of Hold and Witness Points in accordance with approved “Inspection and Test Plans”
- Structural design and drafting of Steel Structures and Concrete Buildings up to Ground+8 floors
- Completion of all fabrication drawings in accordance with required specifications and standard procedures
- Regular liaison with the Project Engineer regarding structural designs and drawings
- Coordination with contractors and other disciplines regarding changes and alterations to designs and drawings as per client requirements
- Provide interpretation of drawings and specifications as required
- Planning, scheduling and attending technical meetings with Principle Contractor’s technical staff and Client
- Liaison with contract manager and contractors to help find particle solutions to technical design problems
- Liaison with Local Government Authorities for approval of structural design and drawings
- Oversee the construction and quality control of various infrastructure/road projects to ensure that they were completed to contract specifications, i.e. agreed time, cost, quality, and scope objectives
- Utilize effective project management skills and resources, including: - input into Risk Mitigation, Community Consultation, liaison with Government Agencies, Detailed Design, Quality Assurance, Environment and OH&S
- Site visit as required to perform investigation/progress measurement
- Reporting in real-time, reliable and accurate information regarding the sites under my responsibility and control.
- Identification and escalation of potential “red flags” for successful on time delivery of projects
- Worked on duplication of Highway (30km road + 2x Pre-stressed bridges) with an approximate cost off AU$ 2.6 Million
- Monitoring the bridge construction works from site preparation till completion
- Site visit as required to perform investigation/progress measurement
- Coordinating with design team during the project
